At Hippie With A Handgun LLC, we’re dedicated to teaching relevant information in a fun learning environment. We love to talk firepower, but the emphasis is on learning, improving marksmanship, environmental stewardship, and responsible firearm ownership.

History

Established in 2015.

We’ve been shooting for over 20 years, but opened shop officially in 2015 after friends and family caught our enthusiasm and joined the sport.

Meet the Business Owner

Anthony D.

Business Owner

Anthony is a private citizen and a gun-​rights advocate and the Arizona State Coordinator for Gun Rights Across America — a grassroots organization that works to preserve the great gun laws that Arizona residents enjoy.

More than anything, he loves to present and offer knowledge, practical use and add value to his teaching methods. Anthony will use drawings, occasional Powerpoint, many props and role-​playing or «suppose scenarios» to really emphasize the take-​home lessons.

First taught to shoot on the range at Army Navy Academy High School in Carlsbad CA over 24 years ago, his love for accuracy sports began and he began competing after high school for fun. Anthony can still hold his own and often out-​score many of his peers.

Anthony is a proud Benefactor Member of the NRA, and supports the AzCDL

Anthony enthusiastically embraces the Tread Lightly! philosophy of responsible land use when shooting and leaving the environment better than it was found.
