I’m posting this because I was told by the girl who was working there today, that the ONLY way I could talk to Nick (as far as I know he’s the owner) was to post on Unilocal,because he always reads them. NICK, I am sooo… disappointed, I was there when you opened this store I have had many conversations with you. I have been assured that you would never discontinue «VOLTAGE». You are my only shop, and Voltage is my only flavor. I wasted a ton of money on flavors I didn’t like to find «Voltage». So, Are you loyal to your customers or not? What are you going to do? I’ve been loyal to you. You discontinued Passion fruit, I missed it, I complained, but I kept on coming in. You discontinued my Husbands Gummy Bear (you said you never would). I kept coming in. Please reconsider Voltage. I will be checking your web site to see if you bring it back. I will Unilocal your praises to the world. I will remove this bad one. Your product is addictive, that carries a responsibility.

We are on their mailing list and have been customers of theirs since 2014. We got a coupon emailed to us for 20% off and it was valid. When we got to the store to use it first the lady was too buisy on her cell phone to help us while the man was actually helping a customer. You could hear her conversation. She was carrying on with her friends on her cell. When I actually called her over she hung up and helped us. That is unusual for this store we usually get great help. So we asked about what we wanted and showed her our coupon and she told us other people had been in with the same coupon today but she called the manager and they were not honoring them. We told her the emails came from your store. She said they didn’t care they were not honoring the 20% discount offered to there customers for being loyal. That they ment for it to end a day earlier than it said. As a result of this we will never ever go there again. I will not give my money to a place like that.

Best Vape store in Phoenix hands down they know what there doing and there really helpful, they’ll help you find what fits you the best, definitely coming back soon, awesome flavors too it’s clean & nice I would recommend anybody this spot

Every time I walk in everyone says hi. I always enjoy going in and buggin about the grape! Haha one of these days I know. A big shout out to you guys for facing the haters head on and standing tall. The change of juice was a little bit of a culture shock but change is required for growth. I love the current selection and want to say thanks for the drago and astro berry! I love them, not as much as grape but I will live. The best part about going in is the atmosphere that you have goin on. Every time I go in everyone is happy and laughing. You guys just keep doing what u do and I will keep coming back!

This review is long over due. This place is the real deal guys. Great place for newbies and for those more experienced. They have great flavors and great products. As well the employees are chill and informative. I’d like to see the customer service a little more responsive, but I’m used to the atmosphere now. I really don’t think the majority of other vape or electronic cigarette shops really come close to this place.
If you don’t know about this place yet, then come down… It’s very welcoming.

This is my favorite vapor shop in Arizona. They have the friendliest staff to help you quit your you bad habit of smoking cigarettes. There Hi-​tec juice line is called Ghost Nectar is $ 10 for 20ml. Nic levels range from 0,3,6,12,18 To me they have the better tasting e-​juice that I have tried in Az. My faves are strawberry wasteland, tropical tantrum, Trifecta, Strawberry crunch, Supernova, Lemon meltdown. They have a great selection of mods for you cloud chasers out there. So I just noticed that everytime I wanna buy justice I go to this place, so it’s time to review it, I just bought 100mil justice today of my favorite justice for $ 40 and I got free 15mil with it so 115mil for 40 $ it’s. Not too bad or too good, but it will take me a while to finish it, their justice are good, and they are so close to my house, driving is like 5 mints only, the customer service is really great because I’ve seen it improved with time, and it’s getting better, I also bought ipv 3 from there and I love it never had a problem with it, and I also used to buy too many things from them when I started and never got something bad as some reviews are saying at least with my experience, it’s important to have a good knowledge about Vaping before you review a vaping shop so some t reviews here are actually not accurate, I give it 5 stars for being available all time and close to my house, and having some good justice and good customer service I still wish if they drop the prices on justice just a little

Terrible customer service! Ive had several problems with these guys in the past, and they never follow through as promised! Very unorganized and unprofessional. They have somehow lost 2 of my online orders now, and after being told they would sort it out and get back to me, after a month still no response and they are now ignoring my emails. Very disappointed. Way to lose a faithful customer idiots!

Kept selling coils that never fit my tank. Kept telling this brand no longer exist blah blah blah. Juices are over priced. Horrible product knowledge. Never going back

Seems like a great place… people were friendly over email n got back to me within a few days of my email… Now shipping… ehhhhhhhhhh maybe not so much…, I ordered something Monday afternoon an I’m still waiting on the package to finally be shipped… a week later
I’m only assuming they are a smaller business who doesn’t ship much out
An I only say this cause I work for ups n I know how it goes with shipping n how long it should take if a product is available, so it’s either because they don’t care or because there just lazy… An this is the reason I gave them a mere 2 stars

Love this place. Not only because their juice is delicious and well priced but because their service is top notch. The staff is highly knowledgable and extremely helpful. Don’t let the neighborhood scare you off.

We ordered 2 bottles of Turkish tobacco e-​juice from them but they only sent us one. I have emailed them about the problem twice but they have not replied. I do not recommend them.

This is my goto shop. The employees are knowledgable and the shop is clean, relaxed and fun. The juice is top notch and I am addicted to the Swedish Fish. Try them all at the tasting station.

I’ve been here two times so far, both times I’ve been greeted as soon as I walk in. There e-​juice is awesme so far I try the juic-​E-​fruit and bopping blueberry both are very good. They have a good selection of vaping products. I went In today to get a replacement part for my evod tank, the guy I talk to was very knowledgeable and friendly. He even took the time to show me all the different mods and stuff. This is my new spot for all of my vaping needs.

As an avid costomer of Butt Out and also after seeing the good reviews I went to check this place out. I walked in and was greeted by two ladies once of witch did not even no what size carto went in my tank (i had to correct her) the other woman was very nice. The older gentleman who im presuming is either the owner or manager showed an overall disinterest in me and my money. It was very off putting. The only reason im giving this review two stars is because I was hungry and they had a vending machine inside.

I used to go to Zikwid Lounge for all of my vape needs. Then a friend referred me to Hi-​Tec Vapor. The products are great and for a third of the price! The juices are flavorful and twice the size for the same price. Great people! I am recommending Hi-​Tech to everyone I know! I like them so much I took a box of business cards to pass around at my bar!

I’m from Long Beach, out here on vacation. Searched for a well rated Vape shop and they popped up with 100% 5 star ratings. Based on my experience there, they really live up to these ratings. Welcoming atmosphere as well as the one who works there; Stephanie. Very knowledgable of the vapor world. I bought 2 juices I tried out: Mango Madness and Granny Smith apple. Great tasting juices! Whenever I come back to AZ, they’re definitely my go to shop.
Oh yeah, I got there close to closing time. Ended up staying past that. They were happy to help out despite the fact they were technically closed.
