Jennifer has been in the salon industry since 2004. She used to own a salon in Phoenix, but she saw the growing opportunity of Herbal Nails & Spa, she didn’t hesitate to jumped on board. She sold her salon and join Herbal Nails & Spa Salons since August 2014. Please welcome her to Herbal Nails & Spa and wish her to be successful.

WARNING! BUSINESS NOT OPEN! I was looking to go to this salon today to get my nails done because of all the good reviews… until I saw a photo posted by the owner that the business isn’t even open yet??? I’m so disappointed!

Eric is the best nail tech in the Valley! He is fast, does excellent work and is very helpful when recommending colors/​products. He convinced me (after much debate) to switch from acrylic to SNS (organic alternative to gel). My nails have never been healthier AND SNS is stronger than both acrylic and gel. He makes my nails look natural and beautiful without lights or disgusting chemicals.
I highly recommend him and his salon!!!

Herbal nails is fantastic. I normally set up an appointment and request Erik because he seriously does an amazing job. He always gets me in and out and makes me laugh way too much ! The SNS manicure literally lasts at least three weeks and is definitely the way to go! The only thing that would make the experience a little better would be a glass of wine (please Erik?) :)

My nails look amazing and are so long and healthy finally all due to herbal nails. Previously they would never grow and would split apart. The herbal nail system has really strengthened them and now they are so long I am constantly asking for them to be shortened when I go in. I am very happy with the friendliness of the staff as well. Eric is especially good and he has perfected the almond shape that I like. I usually wait 3 weeks before going back in and they last the entire time with ease. I will not be going to any other nail salon, I am completely happy with my nails for the last many months that I’ve been going.

What an experience!!! If you like perfection and true customer service, try this place and Eric is amazing. This is my second time and the first time my nails lasted 6 weeks no chip or break, first time ever that I have gone more than 1 week. The other bonus it’s organic so no uv lights all natural. Superb!!! Try it!

Five stars all the way around! Eric did wonders on my nails, he listened to what I needed from my manicure and he made it even better. This is my second time here and my second time getting the SNS mani and I love it! My nails get stronger and longer every time! I can’t wait to show these off to everyone

Wow!!! Herbal gel is amazing and lasts almost twice as long. Erik is the best and always does an amazing job!!! So glad I found this new salon! So happy to always have my nails looking great!

I tried this place because I am new to the area and my normal salon is 30 minutes away. I now realize that a 30 minute drive is worth it for good service. I had a regular mani and regular pedi from Tina. My feet look worse than when I went in. I have dry, peeling skin and the polish on both my hands and feet look like a 5 year old did it. The techs speak to each other in their language rather than to the customers. It is a nice salon, but not overly welcoming and warm. I will not be giving them any of my future business.
