Hammered Hog BBQ Hall & Saloon in Phoenix, Arizona offers delicious BBQ in an old fashioned atmosphere.

At Hammered Hog we serve genuine BBQ from most parts of the country. Carolina-​style pulled pork sandwiches, smoked brisket, ribs, and hot links!

Our cooking process takes around three days. On the first day we’ll take some pure vegetable oil, and rub down all of our meats. We will then coat these «roasts» with the dry rub developed especially for the cut. We then wrap the meat in cellophane, and let it rest for 24 hours or until the incredible flavors of the rub are absorbed in the roasts. On day two we will have our state of the art «Olé Hickory» smoker fired up with Arizona Pecan Wood, and smoke the meats for hours. On day three, when you’re ready to eat, we’ll pull these roasts out of the warming boxes, shred (or chop, depending upon the cut), and serve them to you.

Hammered Hog BBQ Hall & Saloon even offers catering. We cater events for 10 people or more, so give us a call and we can help you cater your next event.

Melinda and her partner opened up Hammered Hog BBQ Hall & Saloon in 2010. Melinda’s passion for Arizona, local businesses, and saloons were the perfect combination for her to open a up a BBQ joint. With several years of success, we look forward to many more serving Phoenix!
