I stopped in here yesterday to donate some clothes and buy a bunch of frames that I could spray paint gold for a friend’s wedding. To my surprise, there were TONS of frames to choose from and the best part was that there were Christmas decorations galore! They had fake Christmas trees of ALL sizes for $ 9.99(Even big ones!). I also got a fabulous Christmas sweater for our Ugly Sweater Social at Yo Waffle in December.(…bows, bells, and pearls included!) Needless to say, it was a VERY successful trip and I will be back soon!

when they opened this store a couple of years ago, they made a big deal out of it. Although it looks better then the old one did, this place is always packed and some people can be vicious about what comes on to the floor, fresh off the cart. They will just push you away to get at the stuff. prices are going up at this location.

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had in any kind of business period. Let me start off by saying I have been(was) a frequent shopper at this store… About a month ago my bf and I were shopping and browsing like usual when the manager walked up and stated that we are not welcome in their store any more and if we come back ever it will be trespassing!!! When I asked why she said that she does not have to give me a reason and she handed me a number to call. When I called the number it was their H. R department. I explained the situation and also how I have several receipts proving I spend a lot there and shop frequently. The guy called me back claiming it was a mistake and that I’m welcome back but my bf is not because his choice of words when we were being kicked out. The lady was literally walking on his heels and he said«I’m leaving you f,$@?+&% store get the f+%’ off me.» This store is a joke and obviously needs to work some issues out. I Will never step foot in a goodwill again. It’s a shame.

Not sure if Goodwill is ever a 5-star kind of place. It’s always kind of in the middle somewhere. I had a little bit of a hard time finding this location because the address is on 32nd street, but it’s actually on Thomas — on the northwest corner, in the same lot as the grocery store. I was able to run in and find what I needed real quick. The problem was the checkout. I had just one item. One. Both lines were taken up by people with cart fulls of stuff. Time for me to shop: Less than 2 minutes Time for me to check out: Over 15 minutes. Something isn’t right there.

I am SO glad they opened this new Goodwill, presumably to replace that older Goodwill on the other end of the very same shopping mall. This one is brilliant. It’s clean, well organized and bursting at the seams with good stuff. In fact this one had no less than 6 armoires in the furniture area when I went to check it out just a few days ago. That’s a lot of armoires to choose from!
This store just opened at the beginning of April so it still has that new secondhand store smell! Go. Go now!
