Don’t get the other negative reviews. Found my three-night stay was great. The room is modern enough with free wifi, great bed and bedding. Asked for a fridge and got one within 10 minutes. Starbucks coffee in lobby, two pools, restaurant on site, decent towels and bathroom, free parking. Again. If I paid $ 200 a night, it’s subpar. We got it on Priceline Express for $ 65 per night(taxes and fees were 20%). Spring training is going on for MLB and its Spring break. Don’t overpay and complain. Get a deal and enjoy

Do yourself a favor don’t stay here. We reserved a room two queens they gave it away. We reserved a crib, they gave it away. We had to beg Demetria for a roll away but of course she couldn’t promise anything and it is useless. The springs are pushing their way through the three inch cotton pad that is supposed to be a mattress. When my wife complained about about this situation they have left us in, Demetria told her«if you don’t like it you don’t have to check in.» 3 kids 7, 3and 1. No crib 1 small bed. Demetria said it was a king but I sleep on a king at home and this might be a queen maybe. This is day one of our stay and we can’t change because we booked in November through Hotwire and we are paying less than what other rooms are going for. We booked Friday March 18, check out Tuesday March 22. I will write another review tomorrow and we shall see what Management has to say since Demetria can’t or won’t help.

Another review I meant to write a few weeks back. Stayed here the last day of February while waiting for our new apartment to be ready. We checked in around 10pm and checked out around 7am so we did not spend very much time here. The property is quite old but it is comfortable none the less. The bed is great. Who doesn’t love the Sweet Sleeper? However some of the other amenities in the room are lacking and the property shows its age to such an extent it is quite funny. I imagine this place was super nice 20 – 30 years ago. Walking through the halls it almost felt like I had gone back in time. It looks exactly like an upscale corporate hotel from 20 – 30 years ago. I wish they offered complementary breakfast but they don’t. This hotel would make a fine choice for a business traveler or someone who wants to stay one or two nights and just have a nice sleep. Other than that I probably would not recommend.

The hotel and ground are nice. But the area outside of the hotel is not the greatest. Very close to the freeway which makes it very easy to get to. The free breakfast buffet was pretty good surprisingly. Saved us on going out to eat every morning! Rooms and bed were comfortable. When you walked out of our room the indoor pool was right there. I was a little worried that people said the noise was too loud in other reviews but I did not have one problem with this.

This hotel is a joke! I had booked a reservation through my companies travel agency for March 2016 at a fabulous rate. This hotel decided that they now did not want to honor that rate and canceled my reservation! That is nothing but a money grubbing business and a shady way to do business. You might as well put rooms on eBay!

The beds and pillows are fantastic. That’s the only redeeming quality of this hotel. First off, indoor pool — Genuinely good idea. Not having it staffed with someone to make sure the kids keep the noise down — Worst idea EVER. The entire hotel is built around the indoor pool and waterfall. All the interior rooms face the pool. Meaning I hear screaming kids when I’m trying to sleep. Next up, everything is old. Which is fine, if it worked. 2 outlets in my room don’t work. Explain how I am supposed to do my hair if I don’t have a bathroom outlet to work with?

DON’T DOIT! When I checked in I was told the room I paid for in advance was not available, and that my reservation of 2 queen beds was just considered a special request. I had the option of picking 1 king, 1 queen or 2 queen beds. If I wanted to stay in a 1 bedroom then I would’ve booked it. Now I have to sleep in one bed with three people. The hotel refused to refund my money stating that there were no other rooms available nor were there any cots either. The room smelled stale, and the only elevator that actually worked reeked of marijuana. The indoor pool closes at 9pm.

After searching an hour and a half for a room from Mesa to the north side of Phoenix I came upon this hotel. Demetria was more than accommodating! Awesome customer service! Every other hotel that I went to said they couldn’t help me and were so rude that I was looking so late after driving 8 hours from New Mexico. Demetria went above and beyond to make my stay here worth it. I have two babies both under the age of 2 and was so stressed and exhausted from looking around for a hotel, when she booked us a room she hooked us up with a late check out after coming in at 2 am. Rates were reasonable and the hotel is beautiful with comfy beds and a pretty view from the balcony. I would give this 10 stars if I could just for the customer service alone! Thank you Demetria!
