We’ve learned from our experiences that everything from dough, sauce, cheese, fresh herbs and meats to techniques that go into making a great pie requires a lot of care and attention.
We are cognizant of sustainability and the environment where possible and we take great pride in consumer praise. We provide an assortment of local craft micro brews. Our modern-edge décor, hip staff and impeccable attention to detail are uniquely crafted to fuel our efforts to meet your every need.

History
Established in 2013.
A trio of industry pioneers, who worked together 20+ years ago, rising through the ranks of California Pizza Kitchen, and who would have never foreseen they would reconnect to embark on a venture together. They found themselves brainstorming about what they’ve learned throughout their experiences, everything from dough, sauce, cheese, fresh herbs, meats, local organic ingredients and techniques that go into making a great pie. At this point, conversation started shifting from critiquing what’s wrong with the pizza industry and how to make it right. As conversation heated, sparks flared and the guys found themselves getting fired up! They knew that with the right precision they could become real game-changers in the pizza industry.
Meet the Business Owner
Fred M.
Business Owner
Fred has spent his entire career in the restaurant industry including the past twenty years in the pizza world. He has held management and senior level positions with one of the most respected brands in the business, California Pizza Kitchen where he opened dozens of restaurants all over the United States. As Regional Vice President, he was responsible for over $ 35M in sales, a management team of more than 40 and 850 Team Members. Fred relocated to the Phoenix market nearly 5 years ago when he became Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for a prominent pizza/Italian full service restaurant chain with 12 operations in the greater Phoenix area.
