DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE THIEVES! The absolute WORST customer service I have ever experienced IN MY LIFE. Put $ 2500 down on a 2006 BMW X5 and had to take it back to them several times to fix. After 6 weeks completely broke down on the side of the road. We used OUR insurance to tow the vehicle to Fiesta Motors.
We had their «three month warranty», but were told after they had the car for 2 weeks that it was the fuel pump which «wasn’t covered under the 3-​month warranty». They had the car for another week after we agreed to pay half of the repair cost ($ 350), but when we picked it up it was filthy inside and smelled like oil and BODY ODOR! They obviously kept the windows down the entire time because their was dirt and debris all through the car and the dust on the windows and throughout the entire car. Did I mention that IT STUNK LIKE BODY ODOR AND OIL!!! And to top it off, they left our floor mats at the «mechanic’s» shop on 7^th & Camelback which WE had to drive to pickup. The «mechanic» refused to give us any warranty on the work or a receipt telling us what he did.
After an hour of driving it, IT BROKE DOWN COMPLETELY IN THE MIDDLE OF AN INTERSECTION! My wife nearly got killed because the vehicle just died and stopped dead. Thank God another car stopped to help her and then a Chandler Police officer pulled up behind us my wife to stop traffic and help her get the car off the road. We AGAIN had it towed home where it now sits and we’re trying to figure out how to get out of our contract and get our money back.
DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM! They ignore you and don’t call you back. Worst experience EVER as a customer. They should be out of business.
