Fellowship Square offers the full continuum of care all on one campus: Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, Skilled Nursing and Home Health Care — all without having to pay an entrance fee.

Our community features spacious one and two bedroom apartment homes and garden homes. Each floor plan has its own washer and dryer, full kitchen, emergency system and ample storage space.

History

Established in 1979.

In 1979, a handful of devoted Christians recognized an opportunity to minister to Arizona seniors (particularly those with little financial resources) by offering affordable nursing care. Realizing the need, they formed a 501©(3) non-​profit organization and named it Christian Care. In 1980, the cornerstone was laid for a sixty-​bed Skilled Nursing Center. Several years later, construction began on Fellowship Square Phoenix.

Christian Care’s spiritual foundation continues to be a significant characteristic in its day to day operation — as our Chaplain says, «We welcome all faiths and no faiths».

Our Mission: «Motivated by Christian love and concern, we strive to provide quality and responsive Senior Housing, Hospitality and Health Care Services.»

This motivation was true thirty-​five years ago, is true today and will be true thirty-​five years from now.
