Foothills Acceleration & Sports Training will assess your current athletic abilities, define objectives and create a specific program to help achieve your goals. In today’s athletic world, competition is getting stronger and faster making it important to continue building your skill level. From young developing athletes to peak performing professionals, FAST delivers the winning edge.

We offer speed and agility training, vertical jump training, power/​strength training, speed camps, sports performance training, group fitness, and personal training.

From young, developing athletes and peak performing professionals, to recreational «weekend warriors», everyone can benefit from FAST® training. Our training is designed to give athletes the upper hand in in whatever sport they want to master.

Meet the Manager

Kyle S.

Manager

Kyle started at Foothills Acceleration & Sports Training as an intern from January till May of 2010. Upon completion of his internship, he returned home to graduate with a degree in Exercise & Sports Science with an emphasis in Fitness and minor in Nutrition from the University of Wisconsin — La Crosse.

He’s been working for Foothills Sports Medicine ever since as a fitness trainer, physical therapy tech, and facility manager. With FAST, he has had the opportunity to work with athletes of all ages and abilities. His biggest goals are to keep working with a variety of clientele and helping them to reach their goals. He is an American Red Cross Certified CPR, First Aid, and AED Instructor. Being an avid outdoorsman, he has hiked the Grand Canyon numerous times, been to the summit of Humphrey’s Peak, and participated in other running/​cycling events.
