They are closed down. per property management they are locked out .they won’t be opening again

It would be a bad idea if you’d like to make a commitment to this place. If you want to be a «VIP» you have to contractually commit to six months. We chose to get the highest package ($ 75/​month each). You are definitely not treated as a VIP. The bulbs on the beds are left broken for weeks, despite repeated complaints. The owners have no interest in fixing the problems. They’ll take your money, overcharge you, and don’t give a shit about the product they provide. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere. We made a serious error in trusting this establishment. The owners have no interest in keeping a high quality business.

Definitely would not recommend. The best part are the very friendly girls who work there most of the time. Then there is «the other girl» who thankfully I have only encountered there once but was absolutely horrible to me just for asking if the stand up was fixed yet. It had been over 4 weeks of being told «the owner is going to fix it tomorrow» «The owner has promised to fix it this Saturday» «The owner came in Saturday but had friends with him so he said he’d fix it tomorrow» «Nope, he still hasn’t fixed it yet». It’s been 5 weeks so far and it’s still not fixed as of this writing. I only use the stand up so while it’s broken, the only choice is the level 3 stand up that takes more points and tans very barely over many many sessions… On top of that, it’s always been very dirty in the rooms — once with a questionable substance splattered on the plastic walls inside of the level 3 standup. Yes, EW. I hardly imagine anyone putting their lotion on in the small space of the standup so it was just gross. This stayed there for at least 2 weeks. The boutique is nice, most of the girls are friendly and I can’t give an opinion about the beds because I don’t use them, but I would guess you’d want to bring your own wipes.

I’ve been going to this salon for YEARS since the old location and as much as I love the boutique and it’s close by my house. I’m thinking of going to a different salon. The beds are outdated and look like they haven’t been cleaned in months. This is been a on going thing for months and I’ve mentioned things before and still hasn’t been taken care of. Very disappointing because this has been my go to place but I can’t stand the gross beds and not so friendly customer service especially since I have a VIP membership for 8 years.

I would give it no stars if I could!!! Recently went here and received ring worm from bed 10 and a rash all over it on my body! When I contacted the owner to tell him he banned me from the tanning salon!!! Horrible!
