The firm of Fadell, Cheney & Burt, P.L.L.C. was founded by three, diversely experienced leaders in the legal community. Gary Fadell, Cynthia Cheney and Brian Burt each bring a specialized expertise to our litigation team.

Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner

Gary A. Fadell is one of the founding partners in the law firm of Fadell Cheney & Burt in Phoenix, Arizona. Gary and his partners opened their practice in December, 1996. For the past 17 years, Gary has defended and represented a wide variety of healthcare providers in Arizona, including hospitals, physicians, nurses and other providers in professional malpractice litigation and regulatory proceedings.

Prior to the formation of his own firm, Gary represented healthcare providers for approximately 8 years, following his departure from the Office of the Attorney General as an Assistant Attorney General and Assistant Chief Counsel.

Gary graduated from Central Michigan University and Detroit College of Law. He is a member of the Arizona Bar Association, Maricopa County Bar Association and serves as a Judge Pro Tem with the Maricopa County Superior Court. Gary is also a former prosecutor. He is an AV rated attorney and hold a Super Lawyer designation.
