Awful. I thought a finance place would be easier than a big dealership. A year ago I purchased a car and was never informed of the tracking or «signal» device they have in their vehicles. When I went in to talk to a sales manager about the awful deal & service he replied with «you should have had someone with you coaching you» I am a 25 year old girl who can hold her own and all the men at this dealership are nothing but bullies with terrible vehicles for 4X the price. I’ll be at Larry H Miller from here on out. I advise everyone to stay far away from these guys.

Great place I know they used to do buy here pay here financing and sold higher mileage used cars at 29 percent interest. Now that they have switched there inventory and deal with most banks and credit unions they are a great place to do business.

I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I called about a specific vehicle and negotiated the price over the phone because I have no interest in negotiating a deal at the dealership. We agreed on a price and a time to view and test drive the vehicle. When I arrived, I confirmed I was here to look at a specific vehicle and the price had already be agreed upon. They got the keys and we went for a drive. We liked the car and went to do paperwork. They came back with a price $ 500 more than the agreed price. Our sales person told us they quoted us on the wrong vehicle. I actually felt sorry for the sales guy because he was not the one we talked to. We asked to to talk to Mario, the sales manager who dealt with us on the phone. We had to ask for him because he wasn’t coming out of the office. The floor manager also wouldn’t talk to us, they left everything up to the sales guy who was great but had no authority over the price.
The bottom line is they were not honest on their pricing, management was too chicken to address us, and they refused to honor the price. My wife and I both took off work to buy this car. Waste of time and energy. Stay away from this dealership.

Warranty is crap. After a few months they voided the warranty. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Another way they get you is to have you come in when you do decide to get your car fixed is they break something else while they have it. ALL 3 TIMES I TOOK MY CAR IN EVEN FOR SOMETHING AS A SIMPLE OIL CHANGE THEY BROKE SOMETHING NOT EVEN RELATED. Today they managed to break my starter which NEVERRRRRRRRRRR HAD AN ISSUE until the ONE DAY I TAKE IT BACK IN TO THEM. They then proceeded to try and charge us 100 for a new starter. They can fix what they broke or I will continue to write negative reviews at every opportunity and on every social media outlet I can reach.

Extremely shady company. Poor business ethics. Nothing but excuses and now they avoid calls when customers call for assistance. Car are a joke and the managers arent any better. Run far far away. Youd have better luck with Drivetime…

These people will rip you off. They sell broken vehicles to families and have zero ethics or integrity. After 3 months and six break downs, 3 rental cars and bad attitudes my husband who served in Afghanistan has to now try and figure out how to get his family around including pregnant wife and two small children, one of which is disabled and has appointments to get to because they do not stand by their vehicles. I’m paying more than twice what the vehicle is worth and can’t even drive it without pouring money into it. All I asked for was a reliable vehicle and there have been issues since the first week. I’ve not missed ONE payment and treated poorly by the service department. I’ve already paid a deductible for an issue that was supposedly fixed last month. I’ve been without my vehicle and paid for rental cars for two weeks now and am told I need to pay more to fix the problem. Please do your research before buying from here. I fully intend to make sure every social media platform, review site and news station is aware of my story. They helped the first time when we were a week in, second time I was charged a deductible (a month in) and now… Our reliable vehicle im paying way too much for has become a car that has now been in the shop for a month. $ 650 in rental cars, and a full car payment and I STILL don’t have my car back. Wonder if they plan to explain why we can’t do Christmas. The manager won’t even return my calls. I’m out thousands of dollars already because of this lemon, have not missed one payment and yet can’t get decent customer service and am financially screwed by this crap Next step is BBB and the consumer protection act. I’ve been more than patient for far too long. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.
Update: my car hasn’t even gone back for servicing yet… After a month you’d think it’d be priority?!? And after my review on all social media outlets alerting other consumers to their scam they blocked people from seeing any of that on the Internet. Never fear! I’ve posted my story all over local news pages and contacted the BBB. The story has been shared consistently and soon it will go viral.

This place is by far the worst place you could ever go to finance a vehicle. First of the first are financing cars for way more then the car is even worth. They definitely have people working there with the worst costume service ever and every single person working thing has no clue what they are freaking doing worst place ever

These guys are on point! They’ve got everything you need under one roof, repairs, financing, you name it.

This was going to be a 4 – 5 star, seriously. I was logging on to make my payment and was thinking «I ought to give these guys a good review». I’ve been pretty satisfied with a vehicle I purchased there. Pretty reliable, free oil changes were prompt. OK I had a flat, but that can happen to a new car.
Anyway, they were upfront when I bought it, yes the price was at the high end (maybe more) but due to a divorce my credit was horrible and I needed a reliable car to get work and rebuild my credit. They are a good match for that situation (low down) if you have a job and can make payments. They also have a social media discount now.
So what’s the problem? Well after several months of on-​time online payments I find they sold the note on my vehicle to another company. Unfortunately, this company’s payment processing is straight out of the 1990’s. If you make an online payment with them they charge you six dollars!!! HUH…$ 6?!?
Do the math —if you have say 70 payments left on your note, that just added $ 420.00 to the cost of your car! Their answer? «Mail us a check and there is no charge.» A check? Are you kidding? This is 2015 do most people even use checks anymore? Do they trust the post office? …Well, I could do an online check… NOPE, six dollars for that too!
The worst part: In addition to this, all vehicles have an ignition interlock which cuts off the ignition if there is a late payment (or ANY payment issue). — — Listen guys, I bought from you because I need reliable transportation, not a crap shoot every time a payment (or processing error) is made. — — — So much for «we carry our own contracts».
If you think I’m over-​reacting, I know 3 people that bought here and the ‘cut-​off’ already happened to one of them, even though they already had a payment confirmation number. I sure don’t need this when I’m running late for work, or worse, on a vacation. ;)
Anyway, I used to hand out their business cards, now I tell people to think twice. The sale of my note completely changed my mind. — I’m nervous every payday now. It’s either mail something and verify and re-​verify to be sure it was processed and received and my car will still start… or pay $ 6 for an electronic transaction that costs them pennies. It’s both the cost and the principle I object to. — This sucks.
**ADDENDUM** You are now down to 1 star, EAS, as the worst has happened. I paid my 6 bucks and made my second online payment to your new finance company on my payday yesterday (not due until today). And guess what… it wasn’t credited.
I have the confirmation number, I can see the deduction from my bank account and still the interlock is buzzing like mad (the final warning that the vehicle will not start the next time unless your payment is credited).
So just call them, right? Wrong, finance company is only open M-​F. So here I sit on a Saturday Night, never missed a payment and I have a 3500 LB Boat Anchor in the driveway until Monday Morning. I even had to arrange a ride to work. — This sucks even worse. —DON’T DO IT IF YOU NEED RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION!!!

Update, I made the current payment online. BUT just spent 30 minutes trying to reach them on the phone to ‘send the signal” to give me PERMISSION to drive my car two more weeks. –It disconnected 6 times after 5 minute recordings with an error «TWT9» whatever that is. You can PAY online, but they still need to send the damn signal (phone call) or the car won’t start!!!
C’mon guys I need to go to work tomorrow to make money to do this all over again in 2 weeks!!!

Came in and was greeted with a big smile. Up beat staff. Been really hesitant to buy a vehicle through a dealer due to my credit. They treated me like family. Got a a great vehicle with a warranty. Definitely will recommend to friends. Thank you!

Worst expereince ever! Their cars all have problems. Purchased a car within one week car broke down had to be towed, was given 3 loaners which all 3 had mechancial problems. Missed 2.5 days of work due to car issues which they did not care at all. When I addressed concerns with Managment I was told they were voiding my purchase contract and refunding me half of my $ 750 deposit. I was ordered to return the loaner by a certain time or they would shut it off and send someone to my job to pick up the car and threaten to not give me any of my deposit back. I finally got a full refund but was treated badly and insulted. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy! This place SUCKS!!! Their cars are over priced some up to $ 4k more than kelly blue book. If you want a reliable car and be treated with respect don’t go to Express Auto Spot!

I am extremely disappointed with this used car lot. They fit all the stereotypes of a SLEASY CAR SALESMEN! The first sign for me was walking into the showroom with my husband and no one welcoming us for coming in. In fact, we waited 2 hours to speak to a salesman who was schedule to meet us, but HE NEVER SHOWED UP!
Finally we were given to this girl named JJ. She was actually half way decent and she complete the paperwork, emphasizing a one year warranty. However she keep asking us every 10 minutes to remember to post a review on Unilocal.I was planning to wait until we had our first problem, and see how they respond, and boy was my gut on point.
So we went into the mechanic shop a week later for the first time to look at our steering panel, knowing that it was a large issue that should be fixed and covered under the warranty. Immediately they were asking us for $$ 100 $$ just to look at the car. This was BEFORE even opening the hood of the car. And the warranty covered NOTHING, it was more valuable as toilet paper.
These people are SCAM ARTIST, taking advantage of families who walk onto their lot. I suggest that anyone considering doing business with them run in the opposite direction.

went to Express Auto Spot after looking for a car online. I called them and asked about the car. The lady was nice. We set up a time to see it.
When I got there, I walked into the dealer and was asked if I needed anything. I said I had an appointment. The lady I talked to came up front and showed me the car. We took it for a test drive.
Everything was fine. So I got the car. The appoint with buying the car took about 2 hours all together. I was really happy that this was an easy transaction.

This place is for suckers. They put pictures of cars online that they don’t really have. That really really irks me. We had a salesman before we even got out of our car. He immediately started lying through his teeth. This place is a joke. I have no idea where they get their prices from. Jacked up thousands of dollars. I highly do NOT recommend.

First off I will say that I don’t have the best credit due to some recent life events, but I used to have excellent credit. I always see Auto Action commercials and Cactus Jack’s on TV so I figured my search would start there. Those were my first two mistakes. Not only did I feel like they were treating me poorly, I felt like the cars didn’t have much value to them, along with not trusting my salesmen. The dealerships had a real icky feeling to them and I was feeling like I was going to get mugged at any moment. I was hopeless at this point and turned to craigslist to see what I could find. Luckily, I found Express Auto Spot. I called and spoke with Sam who was very helpful and we set an appointment. The dealership was very large and clean and had the best selection of used cars that I have seen in quite awhile. They made the process very simple, quick approval, a number of vehicles to choose from that fit in my budget and within an hour I was driving away with my new car. Very simple and painless.

over priced lemons wih a hell of a detail! bought a car november 9^th 2013 and it broke down december 2, 2013!!! had to rent a car twice b4 they gave me a loaner car and then they repo’d that 1÷9÷14 and my mini van still isnt fixed! not to mention when i pay my car payment they wont release the car until i pay repo fees!!! for the loan car!!! f**k you express! and they give all your personal info ssn, dl #, bday, name to the tow guy!!! disgrace
