Booked and prepaid online for a pickup at the airport. When we arrived we called and said they were sending a car and it would take 20 minutes. Ummm. Why did we bother booking to wait? Well they said they didn’t get the correct flight info. Ok so why not call and leave a message so we could call back or even simply look up the friggin info! Fine. Waited 20 minutes and nothing. 10 more minutes we call again. The driver went to our house instead of picking us at the airport! Waited another 20 minutes (with 10 minutes of waiting in the rain because they said they were «pulling» up now) Never again.

On time, very friendly and got me to the airport promptly and safely. Can’t ask for anything more. Have used execucar now for a handful of airport runs and its been great everytime. Booking and prepaying everything online, including gratuity is very convenient.

I have used ExecuCar for many years and their service on every level is always the best!

I arranged for two drivers for 6 of us from PHX to the Sheraton downtown. I rode with Kyle who was outstanding, very friendly, 5 stars. The reason I will never use Execucar again is that «Al» told me at the time of pickup that I should have arranged the timing of the cars better and he could charge me for overage (I’m confused by this as it was 7:26 and when I arranged the pickups I specified my flight landed at 7:15). He also told me it was cheaper to hire an SUV. I asked him what he was talking about and told him it was NOT cheaper as it cost $ 50 for 2 towncars vs $ 115 for an SUV. He just repeated himself, this time clearly annoyed at me, telling me he was waiting around for an hour. Very confusing and highly unprofessional. Additionally my coworkers tell me that he was bad-​talking me during his drive. I can 100% guarantee I will not use this company again, and will also share my story with convention goers.

We’ve used Execucar for several years, mostly for airport services. Their service arrival is usually flawless. Their reservation system could use some streamlining for frequent users. We’ve only encountered one «bad ride» where the driver had his radio on full blast and no air conditioning (phoenix in July!) and didn’t help us with our bags to the door. We did file a «concern» with ExecuCar and they did not respond to us which we found odd. However, that was one instance and we are hopeful we will hear back from them since we did take the time to provide the requested feedback. If we don’t hear back then we will assume that its a one-​way relationship and we will look for another provider.

So, after having the customer care person contact me because of my Unilocal review, I took the time to detail my trips, provide all the info requested. I figured maybe they really cared! Not. I was told my concerns were being escalated, and then I received the following canned response:
«According to your feedback, you experienced a number of failures on your last couple of Ecar reservations.
It’s clear that we have not provided you with the professional, courteous, and timely service to which we are committed. I have provided your information to operations management so that additional research can be done, and training needs can be addressed, to ensure that this is not repeated.
We hope that you will provide us the opportunity to make things up to you.»
That does it for me. It’s one thing to provide horrible service, but another to pretend to care about customers for the sake of social media. And, then another to just outright dismiss the issues entirely.

Drivers are very professional. Be sure to get a card from the driver or from the hotel bellman, skip the 800 number. Hence the 3 stars. Worki g through a hotel or a driver would earn 4 – 5 stars.

I’ve used this service several times now. Very consistent, professional, and timely. I am a client for life. Today the driver avoided an accident right before us, never panicked, and got us to the airport on time. He was like it was just another day on the job.

This is the most professional company I interact with. The standard of driving services unquestionably. Pricing in line with industry but far superior service. You will not be disappointed.

my bag, I called the driver and he picked
me up within 5 minutes. Pretty easy. The driver was very nice and courteous. Drove very safely and he got me to my hotel
In 15 or so minutes. I would recommend these guys.

We booked round-​trip airport transfers (to/​from hotel) online before our trip to Phoenix for the Super Bowl. The website was simple to understand and the booking process was easy. Cars were clean and both drivers were pleasant, on-​time and helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to use again or recommend!

My family and I have used Execu Car many times and we have always had excellent service. The drivers show up 10 mins earlier than the scheduled pick up time.
Even the ones who don’t like to chat are still nice and professional. Not all people like to chat so I don’t care as long as they are polite and professional.
The gentleman who picked us up at the airport tonight was their before our flight landed and sent text messages to alert us which airport curb door he was parked near. This was a nice touch beyond the normal procedure which is for the passenger to call when they arrive. Even then, I’ve never waited more than 10 – 15 mins. The Lincoln Town Cars are so comfy and spacious after a long flight.
I’m sad to see some Unilocal reviewers had a bad experience, but that is not the norm and I would not be scared away from using this service.
It is SO much better than a shared van or taxi and a great deal for 4+ people. I would even choose them for non-​airport rides; parties, date night etc.

I used Execucar a while back because they seemed professional and well, executive…
My driver came at the right time for pick up and that’s pretty much where the positives stop…
He was completely rude and just a complete a-​hole
We tried to make convo with each other but he made it seem like I was not the typical demographic that he transports

If I wanted some lip, I would’ve got a cab driver who I could hardly understand
He went on an on about how he picks up business professionals and celebrities… I was sitting in the back rolling my eyes thinking «D-​listers hardly count as celebs» as he was going through his list of has-​beens and one hit wonders…
The entire ride the driver belittled me and made it sound like he was doing me a huge favor in driving me when really I kept thinking, any other form of transportation would’ve been a better option
After a while I just tuned him out and ignored him
Also, the car was not cute or clean at all
The «leather» interior was dated and gross
I kept thinking I should’ve used a Lyft instead because they have nice drivers who can make convo in a nice, professional way…
I would not recommend this company and you won’t find me sitting in the back of that gross town car ever again…
