I made an appointment to be seen for a routine check-​up. As a new patient to this Dr., I showed up 15 minutes early to fill out paper work. The door was locked so I motioned to the receptionist/​nurse to let me in. A couple minutes go by and still I’m standing in the cold waiting for her to open the door when a co-​worker arrives. The receptionist/​nurse gets up to open the door for the co-​worker and proceeds to tell me I can’t come in and that they don’t open until 8:00 (it’s now 7:48). I explain to her that I’m a new patient and need to fill out paper work. She let’s the co-​worker in and refuses to allow me to enter, restating that they don’t open until 8:00. This treatment of a future patient (now forever lost) was extremely rude and inconsiderate. A Dr’s office that has so little regard for the time of its patients will never get my business! Service aside, or lack there of, the office is old and dated in a run down, mostly vacant medical building/​office complex. Proximity go the freeway is good but the facility is not nice, right on par with its office and administrative staff. There are so many choices for medical care, pass on this office and go to someone who genuinely cares about you.
