The apartments are nice and quiet !! But the people in the front office are a bunch of retards !!! They should be replaced with monkeys, they would probably do a better job… if you wanna talk to anyone in the front office… you have to walk up there cuz they never answer the phone and good luck getting a maintenance man !!! You have to tell them like 5 times !!! And we are suppose to be getting wifi throughout the whole apartment complex… but they’ve been saying this for 6 months now !!! Still no wifi !!! They should lower my rent for having to deal with the retards they have in the front office !!! And yes I currently still live here… waiting patiently till my lease is up !!

The new staff has been excellent! They are kind courteous and have gone out of there way to help. Since the new management over the last 6or more months you can see the improved quality and improvements. I would recommend Esteban Park to anyone looking for a nice, safe and quite place near the East Valley.

WORST place you could chose to live!
1 bedroom is 800 $. It’s in a shitty neighborhood. And the staff is so rude, condescending and careless!!! We in Az you can rent a house for that price and it’s impossible to break your lease!!! PLEASE DONT LIVE THERE!!!

At first me and my roommate thought this place was nice. It was fairly new and not a bad place to live. The price was a bit high for our budget but we thought it was going to be worth it. IT WASN’T. The people in management are rude and we always felt like they don’t care about what you thought. There were several issues with our apartment that we tried reporting but there was no answer to getting them fixed. There is very limited parking for the tenants and the visitors! There was always someone in our parking space. The apartment gates were always broken so anyone could go in whenever they liked. And the security guards were rude and looked sketchy. All this is in my personal opinion, it is not worth staying there.

Not worth giving them your money. I came from a place were I paid $ 1800 a month and pay $ 1029 now, less but still allot for south phoenix. #1 there is only 1 maintenance man for the whole HUGE property. So good luck getting anything fixed. #2 they will fine you first, explain later. #3 there are allot of really ghetto/​section 8 people living here for free in the 3 bedrooms, while you pay hard earned money towards rent, they almost run you over everyday, and make allot of noise. #4 the gate keys are always breaking. #5 If anyone has to pay this much in the city of phoenix for rent, They should never have to write this kind of review. oh yeah and the lighting in the apartments is horrible, no lighting on the roof were you need it.
