Elite Event: M3V And Pinspiration

This was such a fun event! I never knew that these 2 places existed. I started off my evening at Pinspiration where I had no idea what to expect because I didn’t know what an alcohol tile was. It ended up being a small square ceramic tile that we got to rub rubbing alcohol on then drip colored ink on it to make funky, cool designs. Unfortunately, mine didn’t turn out nearly as nice as others that I saw! So I definitely want to come back and redeem myself. :) After that, I walked a few stores down to M3V for my very own express manicure. The girls there were super nice and I was offered champagne and lite bites. The interior is beautiful and not like your «average» nail shops. My last stop was over to Mojo Yogurt for my free frozen yogurt. Even though it was cold outside, this was a perfect way to end my evening! Thank you so much for allowing me to attend such a fun and «girly» event!!!

Part of the reason I love Unilocal events is because I get to experience places that I may not have otherwise gone to. So it just goes to show it’s always a plus to step outside of your comfort zone! I have been lucky enough to participate in a handful of events and each one gets better, M3V and Pinspiration were no exception!
This was by far my favorite Unilocal event to date. The ladies were all fantastic, the businesses impressed, everyone — as far as I could tell!
M3V had a wonderfully, involved owner who wanted to cater to everyone’s need and desire for another cocktail! You can’t get much better than that. The facility was very cute as well as clean and all of the tech’s were amazingly friendly. I have already raved about it at work, and I work with a lot of women who love to get their nails done and enjoy the occasional cocktail. I look forward to coming back to visit!
Pinspiration I was pleasantly surprised. I had no idea what to expect from the description on the Unilocal invitation. The best way to describe this place? Pinterest on steroids, with alcohol. LOVE. The women were very accommodating that were running the show. We took a tour of their store and then followed up with «alcohol tiles». Us ladies had a fantastic time sitting around the table laughing and attempting to make the prettiest tiles you have ever laid eyes on. I will be looking in to a possible team event to come back here, and if not — I will be back with friends for sure!

This was a lot of fun! I made a really cool tile that’s currently being shown off in my family room and got my toesies painted in a snazzy Lisa Frank-​esque glitter magenta color. I had a wonderful opportunity to meet some new Elite buddies while sipping on red wine and snacking on sushi. I’m so glad I got in for this event. Especially when we were pleasantly surprised by a bowl of free froyo! It was altogether exactly what I needed to be pampered and have a great time.

It has been quite a while I been to City North. Wow, they added so many unique stores. Another reason why I love attending Unilocal Elite events! It’s not all just for the freebies. I always get my latest updates from these events.
I wasn’t sure where to park. Luckily, I found a space right in front of M3V. I was greeted by Hailey and Erica. I finally met Hailey as well for the first time. Tracy (the Owner) was a Superwoman that night. She was booking our mani/​pedi and serving us drinks behind the lovely bar. I love that she has wine coolers to offer too.
M3V is a gorgeous place to have any party. The space is relaxing and perfect for chatting with new and fellow Unilocalers while enjoying yummy sushi from Kona Grill and food from Zoe’s Kitchen. At the end of the event, Tracy even gave us all a goody bag included with a wine glass.
After finishing with the nail portion we moved over to Pinspiration to get creative. I am a big Pinterest fan! This is not your Michael/JoAnn’s workshop. Brooke, the owner gave us a tour of her store. She really thought of every details to make DIY live, and not just from APP. She added so many special touches throughout the store. I even got inspired by the Splatter Room when it time for my little project.
Lastly to end the night, I got my free 10oz froyo at Mojo! Now, that how you start the weekend early. This event was exactly what I needed right after a long day’s work — to be pampered! I finally met the new CM, Hailey, and she is so sweet!
The M3V salon was great and they had a wide range of colors to choose from for nails. We were offered wine, chocolate, sushi, frozen yogurt… It was great and I was happy!
I met many new elite Unilocalers and that was great! Pinspiration was lots of fun, but I guess the alcohol was wearing off and I was getting tired because I could not get my creative juices flowing. I probably started over like 5 times and I was a little disappointed with my finished product. Pinspiration does seem like a good idea for a fun date night, girls night, kids night, «I hate my ex» night… You get the idea!
I look forward to future events with Hailey and the rest of the elites!

This was my first Unilocal Elite event and it was a pretty cool experience. I came straight from work so winding down with a glass of champagne and getting my nails done was the perfect way to end it. Love the wine glasses given, they’re absolutely adorable and having it out at home will definitely have some people asking me what m3v is. Can’t wait to try the coffee one day too, that’s a must. A range of colors and brands for polishes is offered — any color your heart desires, they’ll have. I decided to go with blue sparkles — fun nails for a fun event. The staff at m3v were all super sweet and incredibly attentive. My nail tech, heather did an excellent job and was very pleasant. A super sweet girl who was always smiling, as well as working hard. The place is very modern, very upscale — a perfect way to treat a girlfriend on her birthday, or having a fun girls day out. There are so many places to get even more drinks afterward (and foooood), all within walking distance (sahhhweet)!
The Pinspiration was a lot of fun and really different. An adult, upgraded version of As You Wish, but a lot less cheesy. I could definitely see myself with my nieces here, trying something new other than just painting. The splatter room seems like a blast and a perfect birthday idea! I love that they offer full white suites, with booties so none of your clothes get dirty — sounds like a great, new way to let loose a little with your girls. The tiles were a lot of fun to experiment with and if you’re artistic, like the ladies at my table, you could really make something nice to have at home. Overall, I think everyone’s always looking for «something to do» or «something new» and this is a great place to start

WOW! M3V AND PINSPIRATION NOW HOW TO MAKE THEIR GUESTS HAVE A GREAT EXPERIENCE! Yes, I am shouting, but for good reason! This event was so much fun!!!
I started out at M3V and quickly was greeted by owner Tracy. What a warm and friendly woman — pretty too! She set me up with a pedicure and a yummy blackberry wine cooler. I think I could become addicted to getting nail treatments while sipping on a glass of wine! I absolutely love the red and gloss black décor in this nail bar. It feels so sleek and modern and I really felt like I was getting the star treatment here. They had some great nail colors to choose from and I opted for a classic chrome look. My nail tech Ashley was awesome and my nails look amazing! Ashley was fast, thorough and nice to boot — with the coolest hair! I highly recommend her for your next pedi. Such nice folks and they really pamper you! Definitely worth a visit! FIVE STARS!
My second stop was Pinspiration. What a cool concept they have here! You can make your own artwork and they get their inspiration from items trending on Pinterest. You can make all kinds of neat items — wall art, gifts, home décor — and you get to paint it yourself. They have so many different items to create, the possibilities are endless. On top of that, they serve wine and non-​alcoholic beverages so you and your friends can have a little party here, painting and imbibing at the same time. This will be so much fun with your girlfriends — or guyfriends! They have an area in the back for more intimate events, a kids area and a cool booth where you can splash paint on everything, including the walls for say, a «trash the wedding dress» party for a divorce or the like. We got to paint tiles with this cool ink alcohol paint. We all made such cool designs and got to take home our work. Our host Brooke was so nice and taught us how to do each step. This was a fun project and you will have a blast.
Special thanks to Mojo Yogurt for the free 10 ounces of FroYo they provided. No sugar added froyo with fresh fruit was THE BOMB! So delish!

WOW! What a super cool night!
Showed up at M3V a little early and spoke with the owner for a bit. Really, REALLY nice lady. All of her staff were very kind and professional as well. Helped myself to some super cool min bites (sushi, sandwich pinwheels, and hummus to be exact) and went to have my express pedi done. Like another Elitist mentioned, it was «short but sweet.» The tech did a very nice job and I was very happy with the finished product.
While being pampered, the owner spoke to us about her business and how it came to fruition. She was in the business world and was forced to move ten times during her career. She said there were two things that were always really difficult to find in any city– a good church and a good nail salon. When she retired, she opened M3V and the rest is history. So what does M3V stand for you ask? «My 3 Vices», per the owner. They were coffee, wine, and I can’t believe I am going to say this, but I totally forgot the third. Sorry! Feel free to ask on your next visit if you’re curious.
I looked through the menu of services while getting my pedi done and saw that with any nail service, they offer one free alcoholic (or non-​alcoholic) beverage. That’s a really nice touch, especially if you’re looking to really relax while your primping. The salon was IMMACULATE and very well staffed. I posted some photos on Facebook of the salon and got comments like, «Wow! That’s a salon!!!» and «Whoa, that place looks awesome!» Yes, it’s really THAT nice.
After my pedi, I walked a block down the street to Pinspiration– a place where if you love Pinterest and have always wanted to recreate some of the crafts on the site, you can! Holy Moses… so many cool projects to do! From ceramic tile alcohol paint art (which is the activity we did) to custom 6 pack beer carriers to nail/​string woven art (and everything else in between), you could make it here. As with M3V, the owner and staff were amazing. After a quick tour of their facility (which contained a private party room and a Pollack-​inspired splatter room) and a quick block of instruction on how to successfully make the craft, we were off to make our alcohol ink tiles. Talk about a fun project! It was nice to sit with a group of ladies and talk while letting our creative juices flow. Afterwards, we all had made some super cool souveniers to bring back home.
Since I am new to PHX and this was only my second Unilocal Elite event, I really didn’t know anyone, but felt welcome and well-​received throughout the night. Thanks for being so nice, fellow Elitists!
At the end of the night, I was fortunate enough to have been chosen as 1 of 2 raffle winners and got some super cool swag! A $ 25 gift certificate to Mellow Mushroom, a cool Unilocal cup, a portable battery stick/​cell charger, and some mints. SAH-​WEET! Thanks for that! As always, a great time was had. This was my first Unilocal event. The community is so welcoming and sweet that my normally shy and nervous self felt right at home. It was the ultimate girls night out. I met so many lovely people with shared interests. I’m very thankful for this opportunity.
M3V is exactly the nail salon I have been searching for. It reminds me of an upscale, classier version of the one from Legally Blonde. And you get to drink wine?! My wishes have been granted. My nails turned out fantastic and ready for all of the fall outfits up ahead.
Pinspiration brings out the inner pinterest board in you that you have not even touched. You know, that one with fancy coat racks and arts and crafts that look too daunting to delve into yourself. With instruction and guidance, the alcohol tiles turned out beautiful! I’m in love with the idea and can’t wait to go back!

What an awesome event!
I started off the night and M3V Nail salon. What a great place! I absolutely love the décor in the salon including the beautiful bar. All services come with a drink for any of us over 21 which I love All of the pedi chairs are clean and new looking, obviously well taken care of. The techs are all super friendly and talkative which only added to the experience. They also have a lot of polish to choose from and several designs including a glitter bar– now that is right up my alley. Even though I do not live close by I can see myself driving over to have a spa day, I was that impressed.
We moved on for the second part of our evening to Pinspiration. Now I am not that into crafting mostly because I’m not good at it. I really enjoyed my time here. It definitely made a difference having all of the materials I needed right there to complete my craft. They also have a nice bar so you get to drink and craft. This is definitely a place that would be a fun girls night out.
As always all of the Unilocal staff were great and so were all the other elites. I am looking forward to our next event.

This was my first real elite event. It was so much fun and everyone was so nice. All of the other elites made me feel welcome. I decided to get a pedicure at M3V Nail bar. My nail tech was very nice and professional. After my pedi, we went to @pinspirationaz and made an alcohol tile. It was so much fun and pretty easy to do. I will definitely bring my friends or coworkers for a great night out.

Wow! How do you top 2 events in one?
First, we were treated to a fun make-​it-​yourself «art»
Pinspiration. Pinspiration is a Pinterest inspired DYI art studio with the nicest staff helping us clumsy folks create a unique «gift» to take home. They have many options to try your hidden talents at creating. I am anxious to return and jump in and see if my hidden artist can be summoned. She tried tonight, and she had fun, but. .. . The studio itself is full of inspirational pieces. A water sculpture made of wine bottles that would absolutely fit in a garden of tranquility. A counter-​top of. shiny new pennies under acrylic. I would love this in my kitchen instead of the standard marble or tiles or polished concrete. Everywhere you looked there were creative ideas — — I want to try them all! Could someone tell me how I can add a few more hours to my day so I can try each and every one. Maybe a few Holiday presents? Thanks so much to the friendly artists at Pinspiration for sharing your studio with us! Thanks for the drinks and thanks to Zoe’s Kitchen for the wonderful treats. So good.

Next we toddled on down High Street to M3V (My Three Vices?) Nail Bar. Yes, it is a «treat yourself to luxury spa» kind of place — — complete with drinks at the «bar.» I had white wine, but there were lots of choices: mimosas, coffee, etc. While I settled into my massage chair, Deedra (my service provider) gave me a relaxing pedicure. Having someone massage your feet and paint your toenails is one of life’s little luxuries that everyone should experience as often as possible. This little bit of heaven is right here in our backyard. Although you can «drop-​in», I recommend making an appointment. The more your neighbors and friends know about this delightful indulgence, the busier they are going to be. Don’t let that stop you. Make an appointment at M3V Nail Bar and relax, enjoy, float out on a cloud looking your best. Thanks Tracy at M3V for treating us so well and for the little gift bag treat. I am sure most, if not all, of us lucky enough to have spent a little evening here, will be back.

This was my first event in Phoenix and it was a blast! We got double the treats with a mani/​pedi at M3V and a fun alcohol-​craft tile at Pinspiration. Both places are really one of a kind. M3V offers fantastic nail service and assortment of wines and coffees to really help you relax and get pampered. Alternatively, if you’re in the mood to get busy (and messy) with your hands, Pinspiration is perfect. They have all the supplies, space, and instructions you need for those cool crafts you see on Pinterest. All you need to bring is a little bit of creativity. Experiencing both in one night made the perfect evening.

First event as an Elite and I loved it! I was skeptical to go at first because we couldn’t bring guest and I didnt wanna go alone but YOLO… So happy I still went… Not only was I pampered, let my creative juices flow, and I also met a great group of girls! What a great night!
Got my nails done at the M3V salon… Everyone was so helpful and nice! And the place was gorgeous! Love the deco of black, white and red… So fancy! Taylor did a wonderful job with my nails… Love them so much :)
Pinspiration was also awesome… My pinterest board might finally have a chance to come to life haha! It was nerve wracking creating art but it turned out well!

Thank you!!! Great event! I started with the alcohol tile craft at Pinspiration. Really cool place with a lot of activities going on, and a lot of options for art. If I’m ever in the area with a friend, I will definitely go back. Seems like the perfect place to spend an afternoon.
I got mint froyo with crushed Oreos at Mojo in between the events. Delicious, and… Healthy??? Haha.
The manicure at M3V was short but sweet. Taylor did a great job and made me feel welcome and valued. Conversation flowed easily, she’s a sweetie. I’m very happy with my manicure. If I lived closer I would go back!

I am ²⁄₂ for being totally impressed with my Unilocal elite event experience! This one was a very girls-​night-​out one. We were split into 2 groups to rotate between a nail bar and an arts & crafts studio. Upon arrival we received 2 drink tickets, one for each place. I started at Pinspiration where I picked up a drink at the bar, indulged in the light snacks provided, then sat down to begin the art-​noob-​friendly project they prepared for us. I was a little worried that it would have been too much for a non-​creative like me but it was simple and fun!
Next my group went to M3V (which stands for «my 3 vices» which = nails, coffee, & wine if I remember correctly) where we got to choose between an express mani or express pedi and I went with a pedi. The nail techs were taking a little break from the first group so there was a bit of a wait but I didn’t mind winding down for a bit, chitchatting, and grabbing more bites to eat. The ladies there were so attentive, was quick to take my drink order. I liked that it was only an express service because even though I love getting pampered, it didn’t feel like a marathon of an event. It was the perfect little treat in every way. On top of that, I won the Instagram contest in my group! I am so excited to come back to M3V for another free service! Thank you so much Unilocal Phoenix, Pinspiration, and M3V! Thank you Gabi & Hailey!!! I had a marvelous time!
