$ 19.95 for two used relays, are you fucking kidding me. I would not recommend this parts yard I’ll stick to the parts yard in Mesa, I could buy these damn things new at the parts store. Fuck this place, greedy fucker’s.

I just went back there today.
Even though the prices are fixed doesn’t mean you get a good deal.
Today, for instance, i went in to get two front turn signals for my beater truck.
$ 2 to go into the yard, and about $ 13 each for the front signals, which you find and remove yourself.
The price was for ANY turn signal, so my cheap part cost the same as an expensive signal, say, for a Lexus.
So check the eBay price first…

I gave this company 2 tries. Never again. Each interaction was with a girl who had obvious problems with the English language. They are rude and unprofessional and ghetto. They laugh when I explain my complaint from another rep I talked to. I would rather not waste my time with this employee and their trashy employees. No phone etiquette or manners.

This review is only based on selling them my car for scrap…
Based on a recommendation from Brian at Future Service Automotive, I called Ecology to scrap my dead 15 year old Mitsubishi. They offered $ 400. I did my due diligence and called 4 or 5 other salvage places, but nobody else came within $ 50, most offered a $ 100 or more less
They arrived on time to pick it up, did some quick paperwork, paid me cash, and had it towed off within 5 minutes

I used to come here with my boyfriend to get parts, last week I saw this car they were selling. I wanted this Mazda they were selling in the front. I had to sell my truck to have enough money so the morning I was selling my truck I called here to make sure they still had the Mazda. The girl on the phone said they still had it, I clarified their asking price and was really excited to go buy the car. I sold my truck and went to get the Mazda. When I got there the guy at the gate told me the Mazda had been sold yesterday. I was like what the heck I just called and the woman said you still had it? He pointed at the Mazda in a fenced lot and explained that they did still have it but it had been sold yesterday and the person just had not come to pick it up. So now I have no truck and no Mazda. No vehicle at all because the lady on the phone didn’t think to include the fact that they still had the car but it was no longer available for sale. Never going back.
