History

Established in 2013.

We are family owned American Kenpo Studio that teaches Focus, Respect, Integrity and Confidence through Martial Arts.

It is about goal setting and exceeding what you though possible. To always keep moving forward. These are important lessons for everyday life.

We encourage you to come in and try some classes for free, meet with our instructors and to learn more about our studio.

My 5 year old loves the classes! The instructors are great with kids keeping it fun, fast pace and educational. In addition to keeping my son active; he is learning valuable life lessons such as responsibility, integrity and focus. I highly recommend this place.

Wonderful place to take Karate lessons! The instructors are so great with kids. They are encouraging, knowledgeable, and are able to easily manage a roomful of kids … usually at different belt levels. This is the first time that our son has chosen a sport on his own, and has stuck with it without complaining. The Kids’ Night Out events are so much fun, and they organized the best birthday party ever (Nerf War) for us last year.

Nice staff, my kid loves the Kid’s Night Out events and likes the classes. The instructors are awesome. A little pricey though. And I wish they had a drinking fountain!
