I recently met with Mr. Boulton regarding an IRS audit of my income taxes. Mr. Boulton explained the steps I needed to follow to file a petition with the US Tax Court regarding this audit. He walked me through the probably outcome of my case, allowing me to calmly follow through filing my petition. I know the thought of having the IRS audit you is extremely stressful, however Mr. Boulton gave me the confidence to pursue my case. I would never be able to thank him enough for his help in this matter!

Found them on Unilocal and thought I would give them a try as their specialties are listed as real estate and tax… exactly what I needed. I called and gave the person that answers the phone my information and the background of why I am looking for representation. I was told that she would talk to the lawyer and give me a call back. I called back the next day and spoke to the same person. She had «forgotten to call back». Got the apology, but then put me on hold and came back with, «we will not be able to help you. We are too busy with tax season.» That could have been the answer the day before, so maybe she just didn’t know they were too busy to take more clients.

I found them on Unilocal because I needed help with back taxes. I met with Michael and Stephen and they were professional, honest and were able to offer me sound advice. I felt comfortable with them and truly felt they had my best interests in mind. I am a business owner and I appreciated them shooting me straight. They provided a simple plan to get my issues resolved. No matter how bad you think your tax problem is they can handle it. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a local honest tax attorney.
