Not the ideal place to get work done. I went in for a crown witch went well. I hadn’t seen a dentist for years so I have a couple cavities, went back for those and wound up with a bill for about 900 bucks worth of work I didn’t sign off on, for «preventative fillings» keep trying to get in touch to resolve the matter. Not to mention I still have 2 of the cavities that I paid to be fixed. Not cool man.

I would give this dentist office zero star if I could. I recently took out a wisdoms teeth back in China about a week ago. but it has stitch needs to take out. So I searched on google find out this place. Made a appointment today at 1pm. Get there on time and fill out all the pepper works. 30min later one nurse come out get me to a room. She tired to take it out the stitch but she was not be able to. So she called the doctor from another room. He told her to take me to take a x Ray through headphone so she took me to another room to take x Ray I thought wired because I only want to take the stitch off why is that need x Ray plus she already tired to take it out just because she does not have a lot of experience she could not be able to .
But I was still fine with that take x Ray because I thought it was only going to be $ 30 -$ 40 for x Ray I took it before. After x Ray she bought me back to the room the man come and start to pull out the stiching. A min later it’s done. So the nurse walk out with me to the front desk to check out. I was waiting there for 10min just looking at them to discuss the price. The two ladies can not decide and went back to ask the doctor. She come out with $ 229 I was shocked !!!
For one: I done my wisdom teeth in south valley dental for only $ 120 each. Only 2min job they wants to charge me)$ 229 I ask the lady if that fair. She kind of don’t know what’s to do because the doctor told him to charge that much she is just employee she can’t do nothing. So I refused to pay and asked to speak with the doctor. She went it back to talk to the doctor and came back with $ 110 that’s what I paid for it !
I want to let people know. Watch out this dentist office they will steal from you ! They think you from another county you don’t know nothing. But don’t judge a person by a look !

My friend took me for a procedure today as we were getting in the shuttle cart to go to the car… the driver took off leaving my friend half way in and half out. He thought it was funny saying we were the first trip of day. She could have been seriously hurt. I love the doctors here and staff however this driver thought it was funny and never apologized her. She has a handicap sticker and walks very slowly as the driver knew. Beware if you ride the shuttle

Just left DVFP after being «treated» for an allergic reaction to a bee sting. They forgot about me in the waiting room! Then the doctor wouldn’t even give me a steroid shot – he gave me a prescription! This could have just been done over the phone. If they send me any type of bill I will NOT pay it.
They should be ashamed.

Been seeing Dr. Phillips for years. He is such an amazing doctor. Real easy to talk to and is not one to push meds as his only treatment.

Dr Bode is wonderful, HOWEVER…
On my first visit, I waited over 2 hours past my scheduled appointment to get in. I thought that a morning appointment would work out better, but I’m currently 90 minutes past my appointment time and STILL waiting for Dr Johnson. This place really needs to figure out how to respect other people’s time.

I really like Dr Wysong– his nurse practitioner could use a little help on her bedside manner. But– they were able to get my son in quickly as a new patient, and the Doc was thorough, friendly and informative. So, I will be switching my family over.
