I specialize in Residential homes and land but have been involved with a handful of Commercial deals as well. I pride myself on integrity, honesty, and professionalism but I like to have some fun along the way!

Since beginning in 2006 I have positioned myself to thrive in any market from the local crash in 06 – 08 to the recent bubble in 2013, I can buy and sell in any market. Due to the high volume of transactions I close (average 100+/yr) I have extensive knowledge of the real estate process as well as negotiating. In addition, I am connected with almost every home improvement vendor you can imagine from Electricians and Plumbers, to Foundation Specialists.

History

Established in 2006.

I began Real Estate at a small Re/​Max Office in Laveen when I first moved back to Phoenix from Brooklyn, NY. I cut my teeth in Laveen and then moved to West USA Realty in 2008 and moved to North Central Phoenix. I have always loved that part of town, having grown up there. I attended Brophy College Prep and even Madison Meadows grade school, back in the day.

I began expanding my client database to include investment companies around this time; after all, investors were the only people buying homes in 2008! By 2010 the engine was up and running well. Not only had my knowledge of Real Estate become much more solvent, I was working an average of 5 – 10 deals at a time.

In 2013 I made the jump over to HomeSmart Elite. This is a special office for only top producing agents with the company. Our offices are located off Central between Missouri and Camelback, in the heart of the N. Central Corridor. I am currently still working with HomeSmart and plan to stay there for a long time.

I am a Phoenix Native and I grew up in Moon Valley. I attended Brophy College Prep back in high school and I was accepted to the University of Colorado where I studied Film Making and obtained BFA in Film Studies. I then moved back to Phoenix for a short time as I was saving up to move to LA. As fate would have it, I met my ex-​wife and moved with her to NYC instead. I worked in Film and Television as an Art Director for about 5 years, but eventually felt the pull to come back home.

In 2005 I moved back to Phoenix with my now ex-​wife and got into Real Estate. Well, that marriage wasn’t in the cards and I ended up divorcing and meeting my beautiful bride in 2007. We have 3 amazing children 5,3, and 10 months old and we live in Moon Valley! My life has come full circle.

I am a faithful person. I believe in God, I go to church, and I love the best I can… so don’t call me on Sunday mornings! :-). I enjoy golf, snow skiing, photography, playing music, and real estate, of course!
