Not good quality of service. Guy was here yesterday. Didn’t brush or net it out. Who knows if they even add chemicals.

Don’t waste your time with this company. one week they didn’t add chemicals to pool, (pool water was/​is cloudy) or empty any of the baskets, they left my pump motor running when it wasn’t primed up. I called (tried 3 times plus text before he finally answered his phone) and asked about everything. He said he wasn’t sure and he would call his guy and call me right back. He had his technician come back out the next. he took care of everything except treating the water for its cloudiness (phosphates). The next week they emptied all the baskets, backwashed pool, added chems «tabs» to floater but didn’t take care of the phosphate issue once again. they also didn’t re prime the motor basket so motor was running once again with no water. Yes, you would think something is wrong with my pool itself but i went and primed up the pump and turned the timer on and you know what happened… everything started working including the Navigator in the pool that was not moving when they «serviced» and left motor running. I tried to call the company back and ask whats going on. 3 attempts to call and 2 texts messages over a 3 hour span nothing. won’t answer or return my call. then finally i get a call back and he says he can no longer service my pool because I’m being to demanding… umm, no, I’m just asking why its so hard to do your job?!
