I own a property that is managed by these people and I have to concur with the other reviews. Terrible communication, won’t return calls or emails. They were suppose to set up a web site for our community and that turned out to be a joke. One of the homes on our street is a total pig pen, but they won’t do anything about it, even with many complaints. I wish we used another company, this one is pretty much worthless.

If I could give this company no stars I would have. I have tried since May 1 to contact them I have left voice messages and emails for our property manager. The property manager has refused to return my emails or my phone calls and it’s the same property manager that was fired from our old property management company. They even went so far as to conceal who our property manager really was that they had a different person in their office sign the letters to the residence of our community telling us the name of the company and the name of the person who would be in charge of our account. This company is all about deception and don’t ever expect to get any service from them or any telephone calls or emails in response to any of your questions comments or concerns about your community they are not customer service oriented. They should be put out of business so he based upon their incompetence there deception and their lack of response to the residence, who are paying them to work for us. I have been issues with the person who is our named property manager in the past, Deborah Katzenberger, and I expect nothing less this time. Buyer beware. Remember you get what you pay for. Sometimes you don’t even get that.

If I could rate this company a zero I would. I live in a HOA managed condo community which recently hired this company to save money over a company we had previously been using. Forget ever getting a call back. I don’t think anyone actually works here. Nobody has ever answered the phone once when I’ve called– voicemails unreturned. Unprepared, unprofessional, disorganized. I am writing this after ending a call with the emergency line operator who actually raised her voice and got an attitude with me. POS company. Totally worthless. Avoid avoid avoid.
