History

Established in 2013.

Our company was founded by college students who were currently in college and who recognized that collegiate, especially for those in non-​arts-​related courses, was challenging. We recognized that if we assumed their writing-​assignment responsibilities, we could allow students to focus on the courses that meant something to them. We became known locally and decided that writing challenges were likely a larger issue for society. Thus, Communication Xcellence.

We later expanded our service areas to include business and job-​search writing. Even in these areas, communication was a challenge for many people. They knew what they wanted to say; they just weren’t sure how to say it in a way that was meaningful for their audience. We now comfortable provide an array of documents for just about any occasion. We have a 98 percent customer-​satisfaction rate. That is a testament to our focus on you, our customer, not on your wallet.

Business Owner

I am a business professional who is in his mid 30s and who has more than 20 years of experience working in the customer service and communication domains. I have an MBA. I also speak three languages: French, English, and Spanish. I am a language lover and will be for the rest of my life.

I believe in providing high-​quality care to people. People come to me and my business because they have a need. I want to be there to meet that need for them, and to meet in such a fashion that they remember the treatment that I gave them more than they remember the five-​star product delivered.

On a personal level, I have been married 14 years, have six pet children, and spend probably too much time in my head thinking about something or another.
