Good menu. Friendly service. I usually use the drive thru and have always had a good experience. The speaker isn’t the best so if that’s a deal breaker for you, it’s best to go inside. They are always super staffed and The wait has always been short, inside and out.

Excellent customer service. Very friendly and helpful. The cashier gave us complimentary coffee when she found out it was our anniversary.

I love this place. Not only are the drinks great, the customer service is wonderful. Everyone is so friendly. I am a private tutor and once a week, I plop down at this establishment for 5 – 6 hours straight, and they have NEVER minded… They are kind to me, often stay open a little later than their posted hours state and sometimes give my students a discount! Best coffee shop in town — great management too. And a drive thru! Can’t lose. Give up Starbucks and head to Coffee Bean. You will not be disappointed!

Horrible Wifi. In fact there is a review from 2012 complaining about the wifi, and hoping they improve it soon. I guess not. haha. If people want to come here and actually work, stay longer & spend more $, isn’t it worth it to have decent wifi? 1MB download speed was great… in 1998. Like the review from 2012, I hope this changes soon… *holding breath*

We ordered a double cappuccino and a blended caramel. Both drinks were made great and the staff was pleasant. I visit this location frequently and will continue to!

The coffee makes me sick for some reason. I have never had coffee that makes me feel so horrid. Although I won’t be coming back to for their coffee, I definitely have to come back for those baked goods!

I luv luv luv The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf! There’s definitely a reason that B. Spears and I prefer over the other chain café olé’s! The staff in Phoenix is super helpful and makes recommendations without hesitation. Samples are always a must and there’s not ever a rush to move you through the line if you are undecided. #1javaspot South Coast

Ran in here today because I needed a restroom.
The barista on duty was friendly and efficient. The coffee was tasty and not overly pricey.
The restroom was clean and fully stocked.
I’d return definitely.

I found this place driving south on Tatum, coming home after visiting my mom’s. Craving an ice coffee I thought id pull in and check it out. While ordering my coffee I couldn’t help but notice their pastries. They were right in front of me in a display case. there was some mix up with the scone I ordered so I settled on the coffee cake. it was all good and the service was spot on. I would pay them a return visit. nick

Horrible. Service inside was so slow and preference was clearly given to the drive thru. caramel macchiato was so bad i had to pretty much spit out the first sip. Got my refund but i highly doubt ill be back.

Great location! Small but convenient and usually really quick. The coffee is better than Starbucks but the frozen drinks are not the best. Definitely won’t go there if I’m looking for something iced.

I’ve been going to this store for over 4yrs at least 4x a wk. Never had an issue the staff and manager were friendly and greeted me with a smile and it wouldn’t bother me to stay to read or meet friends there to hang for hrs. But they have a new manager lady who has the personality of a rock. Ive heard her degrade and yell at the staff horribly. She is rude and short with customers and I resently was told the staff isnt to chat with customers only take orders and give the purchase and get them out of the way. It use to be nice to walk in and have them know and greet you and ask hows the kids or work going. But not no more its like walking into a funeral parlor its empty and the staff is miserable and quiet. Ive also seen many of the staff leaving and new coming in that have no clue how to make a simple drink. The new staff is pretty bad and the manager is changing the hrs to close by 5 on wkdays and 7 on wkends. I hate to do it but I’m not returning anymore. Sorry Adrian jenny kim sean and the rest of the old crew. Get rid of that manager and you might make it otherwise you’ll be closed in 6mos.

Great location, easy in and out of the parking lot. You either enter from Tatum Blvd. on the Southbound lane or enter from Shea Blvd. on the Westbound lane. Great area right by PV Mall. Coffee is great, might even be better than Starbucks. Never tried the pastries there before so don’t really know how they taste. Will definitely go back again.

«Coffee Bean or Starbucks?» I asked. Both are so close, but it was a quick response and Coffee Bean won! I quickly jerked over to the right lane to order my caramel ice blended coffee (pure deliciousness).
Now don’t get me wrong… As a gold member with Starbucks for many years, I do love my frappucinos, but there is just something about their ice blended coffees here. Pure crack. It’s a nice change from time to time and this particular location had fantastic service! The girl at the drive-​thru was extremely patient and even shared a few laughs with me.

Clean, plenty of space and relaxing place to read. The staff here all seem to get along and enjoy being there and helping you. It’s actually very odd that every single one of them are so cool and upbeat; guessing it’s just a well run shop.
The only downside is the wifi is downright terrible, shows 3 out of 5 bars no matter where you sit in the shop. Don’t expect to use the internet effectively, you’ll just get frustrated. Pages load glacially slow on both phones and both computers we’ve brought in (we don’t have the same problem at other shops or at home btw) and has been this way since we started coming here in April.
Hope they resolve it at some point; guessing some cobwebbed 200 LB desktop computer back there in the broom closet running windows 95 or something.
But again it’s an awesome place to bring a book and relax for a few hours and the staff make it a nice atmosphere too.

Kind of an odd location — easy access coming north on Tatum but it is on the corner of what looks to be an old office building. I almost missed it entirely. I haven’t been inside but the drive-​thru is great. I didn’t know The Coffee Bean had drive-​thrus so this is a VICTORY.

They have an excellent coffee and tea selection and are extremely helpful when you’re not sure what you want. They’ll notice you staring at the menu and ask you what you like and don’t like, and they will try to recommend something for you.
Plenty of seating, Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Will be back

This is my new favorite Coffee Bean. I have been meeting a girlfriend a few times here to catch up. The place is very nice and has a lot of comfortable seating. The employees are friendly and I can get my favorite tea anytime. They also have a drive thru, I didn’t know Coffee Bean had one.

I am not a fan of Coffee Bean coffee but, I do like the Japanese Cherry flavored iced tea.

I often wonder why people who visit the Coffee Bean are there? I mean there is a Starbucks on every corner. Why not just go there? Then I realized they must be there for a very specific reason. I received a gift card to Coffee Bean so I started going because of I got a few cups of free coffee. Let me tell you why I will be going back and going out of my way to visit this location.
For some reason the coffee just tastes better there. They only serve low-​fat milk in all of their drinks so I don’t need to specify each time. Their service is outstanding. I mean really, really outstanding. I think their food menu is well conceived and although I have just begun to try different kinds of tea this is the place I want to experiment. I know that when I am ready the staff at Coffee Bean will guide me in the right direction.
