When I sold my house, I was lucky enough to get to deal with Cleartitle.
I had never sold a house before and really had no Idea what to except, other than what my friends had told me.
My Real Estate Agent for some reason thought I should know what to do and what to expect. Even though I told her more than once that I really did not know and I had never sold a house before.
Anyway all that was a tremendous amount of stress.
Until it finally sold. I went to sign the papers at Cleartitle. My wonderful Agent Tiffanie Marrero guided me through everything. She told me exactly what to expect, she told me what each paper was for and where to sign, and as well as what it would mean to me.
