We used Cheaper Window a year ago, then had the same window break again (dogs!!) and called them again, they quoted me the same price I paid one year ago, but when they arrived to do the job they wanted to charge me an extra $ 50. When I called out of frustration the manager offered to «split the difference» which was nice, but not what I was looking for. I felt that I was being played as I had used the company before and paid the lower price for the same window. But all in all, the installation looks great, Phil was mostly friendly, and I will probably use them again, because they are highly competitive with their pricing!

Windows installed in twice the time it should have taken due to the fact they forgot some windows. Said they could fix a window balancer then come to find out I had to drive up two days later and pick up the correct part. Then after installing the broken part I realized they shattered one of the old windows on my gravel and then saw rather than picking up all of the glass they just spread it in the gravel so it would blend in. I am being very generous with the two star review due to the fact the guy who answered the phone initially was very helpful and knowledgeable. Too bad the installers weren’t very professional.

These guys really saved my bacon when my old window guy decided to raise his prices tremendously. The lady who quoted my price to replace broken glass was friendly, had someone out in 48 hours. The gentleman who came had it replaced in 20 minutes and earned business while he was replacing mine! We live on a golf course and golfballs are a problem. Their prices were significantly cheaper than their competition as well. I got price quotes from several places. I will be using them next time and referring my neighbors :)

The installers showed up at my work of place. Showed up ON TIME. They were in and out. They also fixed the locks of another location, gave me 10 copies for free. After seeing the amazing service they have provided, I had them fix a broken window at my own personal home. AMAZING customer service. SUPER friendly! And VERY reasonable! I highly recommend them!
