I went to chase bank today and highly disappointed. I went in to get a paper signed. I have done this in the past with no problems. I was waiting 45 mts on lobby three people ca m e after me. A old lady with whit hair who is the loan officer said did everyone sigh the list. In all of five years banking their there has never been a list. I told her I was first person waiting and she told me too bad there are three people ahead of u. What made it worst all three people that came after did not speak up. I then told old lady banker I will just go to my other bank who is midfirst bank. I was in and out off midfirst in five mts. Chase you blew it with poor customer service. I would give you no stars but that’s not a option. Thank you midfirst.

Extremely slow service and understaffed a busy times of the day. I came here on a Saturday to talk with one of the private bankers to change a form and there was a 40 minute. Typically I would understand occasionally extra busy days but this happens in every visit. It seems as though they would know from their historical census what are the busiest days and times and staff appropriately

I like this bank because they are always professional and quick. There is 1 main drawback however, it is not easy access from the road due to medians, you cannot leave the bank and go eastbound or southbound without doing a U-turn.

This isn’t a review about Chase’s checking or savings account options. Those types of things are the same regardless of which Chase you frequent. This is a review for this particular branch – and namely how pleasant and helpful the staff is here. The bank is big, clean, and well lit. The staff is attentive and engaged. If you’re already a Chase customer, this particular branch is a gem.
