Champ’s inspections are comprehensive (meeting and exceeding accepted standards) and all-​inclusive — no hidden costs. We do not charge extra for swimming pools, spas, evaporative coolers, or the age or the residence. All pricing is based on the livable square footage of the residence.

Champ performs re-​sale, pre-​close, pre-​drywall, and warranty inspections. All reports are narrative and e-​mailed the same day.
