My second time coming here. Friendly staff and inviting environment. Beautiful full set by staff!

So i really liked this place at first. I was a forever customer but now ill never be back.
The past few times they charged me up the ass for just gel polish. $ 45 just for a gel polish on my natural nails!
Next time i went in got a full set with normal polish for $ 60…
PLUS they no longer cover their debit or credit fees, so expect to pay more for using your card unless you have cash.
I dont mind paying for the work, but the work isnt that good for the prices. i guess i need to look for a different nail place. really had great hopes for this one. Oh well.

So we came here for my birthday mani and pedi, since our usual place was booked solid. We came in and I loved that they have a huge range of colors to pick from! This may be the first salon that actually has more colors than I do! They were a little more expensive then the other place but my girl did such a good job! I’m very touchy when it comes to my feet being touched and I didn’t flinch once and it felt great. Then I was switched over to the mani station where they put me on the opposite side where they put my friends and then sat someone right next to me. If people are in a group shouldn’t they be sat next to the people they came with not someone random? So I sat in silence the rest of the time. But again my girl was really good. I loved my gel manicure, there were multiple bumps in it but the glitter hides it pretty well so I didn’t really care. Then when we left I paid by card which I have the new chip card and they got a new card reader so it messed up and we couldn’t tell if I was double charged or if charged and credited back. The manager took my card information down and told me she would call on Sunday. Totally fine I get it new technology sucks when you first get it! But I didn’t receive a call till Monday night. At 9:25pm! I wake up at 5:00am everyday so I go to bed early. So they woke me up and that put a bad taste in my mouth. Very upset by that. I get that you need to figure the card situation out but A. you didn’t call on Sunday like you said you would and B. then you called a day later late at night. If your salon isn’t open you shouldn’t be calling clients to talk to them about something. Then yesterday my gel polish started pulling up. That’s only three days of having them on. Even if I do gel on myself it lasts at least a week. So the salon is very cute the workers are very friendly but the after math of going there left a bad taste in my mouth. I know multiple people who go here and love it but I will most likely not be back.

Wonderful experience! Three of us (all first time customers) went in for pedicures. There was a slight wait even though we had an appointment, (walk-​ins were accepted) but once they sat us, it was perfect. The techs were very warm and welcoming. The prices are very reasonable and you will definitely leave feeling pampered. The place had a better than expected ambiance (so much cuter than the pictures portray on Unilocal), there was classical music playing in the background (no loud tv’s with Entertainment Tonight playing), it was clean and well decorated. Tao and John were awesome, so accommodating and friendly, plus they did an amazing job. Most of their pedicures come with a hot rock massage, starting at $ 25.00 and pricing goes up for additional treatments. Very relaxing. I would highly recommend this place and will definitely be going back.

Centre Pointe is our go to spot. All of the professionals are very good and they are always kind too! The hot stone pedicures and gel manicures are great. This time, we tried the new SNS instead of gel. Love the finished product!

Centre Pointe is amazing and has been my go to salon for the past several months now. Everyone there is so nice and the atmosphere is clean, professional and super classy! Don is the greatest, I absolutely adore him! I’ve never left unsatisfied! It can be a little pricer than other salons, but it’s absolutely worth it for the quality of service and products! I refuse to go anywhere else!

Jamie did good! Asked for strawberry nails. Totally pleased! also Lee did my pedicure beyond amazing such a good foot massage. …ahhhh! Thank you ladies. Can’t wait for next time.

I LOVE this nail salon. It’s by far the best one I’ve been to in the valley. My last visit on 10/​25, I noticed they increased their standard mani/​pedi to $ 39 (up from $ 33), which is a bit pricey but I believe it’s worth it, here’s why. The salon is clean and the tools are sanitized and come in the sealed packages. They also have new files for each and every customer. In addition, they play relaxing spa music and there’s not a TV in the pedicure area. I hate going to a nail salon and they have football on or some lame talk show. Not here. its soothing music and a couple of chandeliers too boot! They give wonderful pedicures and with every pedicure you are treated to an extra long leg and foot massage (timed but not sure how long it lasts) and then you get a hot stone massage. I’ll gladly pay a little extra to come out of a nail salon feeling pampered!
The only slight down side to this place is they ONLY take cash for tips… I never carry cash so I have to make a trip to the ATM across the parking lot at Bank of America before I arrive. Not too big of a deal but definitely something to remember!

Since I’ve now been here 3 times, I feel that I can comment on the quality and consistency of my new favorite nail salon in central Phoenix. I have been going to the same nail salon for years, and it has always been hit and miss. When it closed for remodeling, I decided it was time to try somewhere else, and I am so glad that I did.
There is nothing that I do not like about this place, and I have been thrilled with my results each time. The biggest thing to note is that I have had a different technician each time, and I have been happy each time. They have a large selection of colors, and they are kept separated by brand and color. This is a nice touch. The pedicure choices feel spa like, and their gel color choices are better than I have seen anywhere else in terms of color and brand selection. I will not be back to my former salon.
Total for a deluxe pedicure, which includes callous remover, paraffin wax, and hot stone massage, AND gel manicure, including shoulder massage, was $ 65.

Trisha is super sweet and did a great job! Everyone there was very nice, the place was clean, and very busy! Call ahead and make an appointment. I love my matte nails! Two thumbs up. I will for sure be coming back: D

I’m late writing a review, but it’s been two (closer to three) weeks since getting my gel manicure… minus the one nail that broke… my nails look greeeaaat! The nail tech listened when I told her about the shape I wanted, and how I needed her to file a couple of my nails, and they were too wide. yadda yadda yadda– I want my nails to look nice! She did it! And was nice about it! And did NOT talk about me in another language. I really like the location, all of the people working seem to be nice. I’ll definitely go back! Now, if only they served wine…

I have been to this salon multiple times now and always have an excellent experience. The gal who did my hot stone pedicure was helpful and pleasant. Hannah did my gel manicure and gave me a custom design just like what I wanted. I love the staff here and the services they provide and will be back in 2 weeks, just like we promised Don. Thank you :)

Tracy did a amazing jobs on my nails! Moves to PHX a year a go and have been searching all over for a decent nail salon and I think i found it! Very clean, great customer service, and great nails! I showed her a pic of what I wanted and she did exactly that! A little pricey but worth it! I will be returning to Tracy in 2 weeks when i need them done again!

Chi has quickly become my go to person here. I love my acrylics super long and in the stiletto shape and it’s hard to come by someone that doesn’t try to talk me out of what I want. Not only is she fast AND meticulous, but Chi is really sweet and a pleasure to speak to. The prices are exceedingly fair, their selection of polishes is extensive, and the pedicures are to die for.

I just recently moved to the area from California. I have been going to the same nail salon for years so it was hard for me to move on and find a new place. I went to another place and was completely unsatisfied. Today i decided to make an appointment here and oh man am I happy I did! The nail techs were extremely nice and the place was very clean! Trish did my nails, and Hannah did the design. I showed her a picture of what I wanted, and she absolutely nailed it! I had an overall amazing experience and they did exactly what I asked! I will definitely be returning here for all my future nails! So happy I found a new place!!!

Chi did a great job. I love it! Shining bright like a diamond. I broke 2 nails and she fixed it. It looks so natural, nobody would know. Thanks Chi!

Today was my first time at the salon and Don did my nails, he was very very nice, chill and definitely knows what he is doing. Told him I wanted stiletto nails and he did them so perfect! I will definitely be back, I am so happy with my experience at centre point nails!

Dropped in without an appointment on a Friday afternoon and was helped immediately. I’d still recommend calling ahead for an appointment though because it was very busy and as the day went on the wait times became longer.
I got a «standard pedicure» ($ 23) and a gel manicure ($ 25). The pedicure was to die for, complete with foot soak, lotion massage, hot stone massage, and nail shaping and painting. The pricier pedicure options include things like a sugar scrub and paraffin wax and they range from $ 33-​$ 50. The standard pedicure was fantastic and is equivalent to any «deluxe» pedicure at other salons. Massage chair is a nice bonus too!
The gel manicure was the best I’ve ever had and they have what seemed like hundreds of colors to choose from. The technician gave me a neck massage while my fingers soaked, applied the gel polish, and then gave me an arm and hand massage. I left feeling so relaxed that I thought I could fall asleep.
The staff is unbelievably friendly and they really take their time to take care of you even when the place is busy. Make sure you bring cash for the tip (this is the kind of place that makes you want to tip really well)!

A friend brought me here a few years ago, and they hadn’t been open very long. Right off the bat the staff was very friendly, and the entire place was very clean. Ever since then I have been coming to Center Pointe Nails for my gels manicures and pedicures.
They do accept walk-​ins but I always make an appointment with my favorite manicurist Hanna.
Her attention to detail is the best I’ve ever experienced at any nail salon!
They are very reasonably priced! $ 25 for a gel manicure (extra for added design)!
I think when I get a pedicure and gel manicure it’s $ 48, which I think is such a great price!
Tip: they only accept cash tips, and $ 0.90 is added if you used a credit/​debit card.
