Building Materials Outlet is a family-​owned business that has been successful in liquidating and selling building materials for over 40 years. We now have three locations in the United States — Eagan, Minnesota, Pensacola, Florida, and Phoenix, Arizona. Our warehouse contains a vast selection of cabinetry, granite countertops, carpet, tile, and hardwood flooring, moldings, sinks, windows, doors and so much more!

History

Established in 2005.

The family owned operation has continued to work together in expanding the business in other states throughout the country. BMO is now serving the Midwest, Southwest, and Southeast United States.

Many building supply manufacturers throughout the country have to eliminate discontinued and overrun building materials — perfectly good for your project, but a hassle to warehouse and sell. That’s where BMO comes in. We provide the manufacturers with a place to sell their extra inventory, giving consumers the opportunity to purchase their building supplies.
