Brian Stevens is an awesome agent. We have had several discussions about the right coverage for me and my family and ultimately stayed with that coverage due to Brian’s recommendation. Let’s just say, it makes sense to shop at different supermarket once in a while. We have had our personal insurance with the same agent for over 17 years. In fact, our original agent retired and passed us along to his successor. You think you are getting the best pricing because isn’t that what your longtime agent should be providing you? No, it seems that their concern is just finding new clients. After talking with Brian he showed me gaps in my coverage as well as coverage I didn’t actually need that I was paying for. The best advice he gave me on one policy was to stay right where I am as this is good coverage at a good price. I’m glad I met Brian and that we’ve added him as our personal agent.

oops, I forgot to review Brian! I have been with him since 2005 and he and his staff have been amazing with adjusting my policy over the years to fit all my major life events. I was referred to him by a friend, I have only been to the office once and everything I have ever needed has been done over the phone or via email. It seems I am always misplacing my insurance cards and I have to call to get replacements. I usually have an email within minutes of my call with replacement cards. Best service, super friendly and always professional. Oh… and he is hottie! Can I say that? ;-)

I was referred to Brian by my property manager who is also a client of Brian’s and I’m really glad she did. Brian (and Bonnie) took such good care of me from the first phone call/​email I made. I had a lot of questions about rental property and Brian took all the time I needed to make me feel comfortable. I added a lot of extra liability to my policy and the premium was still much better than previous policy I had. I feel like I can call Brian/​Bonnie any time and now I will have an actual person to talk to, instead of an 800 call center with people I dont know. Brian is an all-​around great guy, and a great agent. He and his team are knowledgeable, friendly, and accomodating.
We have our home, jewelry, autos, and life insured with Brian, and we also bank with State Farm. State Farm Bank is the best — we have our checking, savings, credit card, and vehicle loans with the Bank and we couldn’t be happier with the service and rates.
I have been a State Farm customer since 2000 and with Brian for 10 years. As long as we’re in Arizona, we’ll be customers of Brian’s!

I went to him for auto, jewelry and business insurance. He sat down with me for 2 hours reviewing my options. He didn’t try to sell me products I didn’t need, but took the time to find the right insurance for my particular needs. (His prices were really good too; my auto insurance is more than half off what it was in Boston.)
