Brad began his career in public accounting working in audit and litigation support. It was here that he learned the importance of detail and focus. While it taught him a number of skills that he would take with him, he missed the interaction and the dynamics of working with new personalities. Brad transitioned from public accounting to a career in real estate. He started with one of the largest commercial real estate companies in the world. It was here that he learned the mechanics of real estate investment and over the next 4 years he would earn his CCIM designation, an achievement held by less than 6% of commercial real estate practitioners nationwide.

When the real estate crisis hit and many real estate professionals looked for another line of work, Brad saw opportunity.
