I come here often and never disappointed. I brought my granddaughter with me today and they did a great job on her toes!

this place is hit or miss. I’ve had 2 bad experiences and 2 decent ones. I can say that the main lady that sits at the front desk has no concept of time or planning. this past time they wanted me to get up (after the tech already started on my nails) and come back in 20 minutes after she told me she could take me. absolutely not. they allowed the tech to start on my nails when she had a scheduled appointment in 15 minutes, not my problem. if you’re under staffed, be honest about it instead of trying to cover it up and failing.

I’ve gone here for years for pedicures. My favorite tech is now gone & there are all new faces & they were very short staffed. They must be under new management. I’m SO disappointed with my service. I waited in water for over ½ hour. That NEVER happened before. I will be looking elsewhere.

My BF’s mom was in town and had to get her toes done late– This place stayed open late for us. only 4 stars because I don’t really know the quality of work since I didn’t get anything done. But thank you for staying open late, great customer service!

As much as the people are nice and they do a nice job, making an appointment is pointless. I waited more than 30 minutes before getting my scheduled pedicure. This the second time this happened. I was told people were out sick which is understandable but why not call me?

Having had good experiences at this location in the past, I returned for gel nails. I sat at a station near the sink and watched as the bowls used to soak fingers were simply rinsed and put back into the drawer for the next use. It’s pretty simple to put those bowls in a dishwasher. It made me question the cleanliness of more difficult items if the easy ones aren’t even cleaned properly. I won’t return to this location.

Very neat place. I’m pretty picky about my nails. Most Nail Technicians are great, there were couple I had some concerns about the quality of my gel manicure. Everyone is super nice. Prices are pretty good too. They offer 10 minutes foot massage with some pedicures which was absolutely awesome !

Oh my gosh! Visiting Phoenix from Hawaii and totally needed to get my mani/​pedi on. I really like gel nails and happened to have my nails done by Tina and she did the most amazing job. I just wish I could get her out here in Hawaii :(Finally perfect gel manicure & really inexpensive! Also, I was a walk-​in and really lucky they took me and my ugly nails in. I highly recommend.

Basically if you don’t get Nanci you’re screwed. My friend and I went in, she had Nanci, I had someone else. My pedi and mani were over 25 minutes before my girlfriends although we started together. My gel nails came out very sloppy and both nails and toes were chipped within 24 hours. Will not return. I understand why it’s $ 40 for both. Cheap cheap cheap

I had Nanci who did shellac gel on my nails. I’ve never seen anyone work so fast, almost too fast and barely spent any time on the good parts of the manicure like massage and file. Filing consisted of «two swipes» of the embry board on each finger :/

Ive always can here for years and stopped for a while there is a new lady there I didn’t ask her name I was in a hurry and since I was new I got in everyone was busy except for a lady that has darker skin and curly here? She looked American to me but spoke their language anyways she was sitting there texting and a lot of people waiting, now I realize why she doesn’t have any clients! After she was done with my feet she did gel manicure then I accidentally smeared polish on my big toe she supposedly fixed it when we were done I rushed out of there later at night I realized she hadn’t even painted the sides of my nails it was horrible and u could still see my smear on my big toe. It was horrible never going back when I scheduled to go back to redo them they put me with same lady…

I found Nanci, because of a recommendation I got from my friend. Thank God I listened and tried her out, because all of my nail troubles were over. She’s the only person who can do any design I like while still giving it that natural look. I can’t wait for her to do my wedding nails!

Always have a good experience here. I want to venture into almond nail territory and Mike gave me a beautiful set!

Went to this salon in October for a pedicure. Felt this service and quality were both mediocre. Paid extra for the callous removal, and did not feel like the gentleman put any extra effort in. Had paint around my nails and on my toes. I would go elsewhere for the price.

Got a mani-​pedi here while i was home for spring break. The location was super convenient and extremely clean. I was greeted when i walked in and promptly shown to a pedicure seat since I had an appointment. I really liked that they had a manu available for you to choose different treatments during the pedicure. Its sometimes hard to keep track of add-​on charges and the menu made it really simple to get what i wanted and to know exactly what i was going to pay. The massage was great and my toes look wonderful! she even did a second coat of glitter over every toenail for me… now onto the manicure… I had already been there for an hour and I could tell she was beginning to feel a little rushed. The hand massage only lasted a minute or two, i did like the neck massage, although that was super short as well. I paid $ 25 to get a white tip gel manicure and I’m really disappointed in the quality of the gel. Friday, the day after getting them done, both my thumbs have huge chips in the white. When i get gel it usually lasts a week or two before any chipping occurs.
Overall it was a decent experience, but id probably try another place in the future just due to the quality of the paint.

This is a great place. Call, for an appointment; sometimes you take a chance, as a «walk-​in».
The best pedicure ever — they give you options, I always pick the $ 20 one. And it is as good as any I have ever had; I especially love the attention to detail, and the massage on my legs and feet.
I also do gel manicures there — $ 22. And for me, they last for 3 weeks. This is my only nail place that I will go to. I was always looking for «the one», and this seems to be it.
I can’t wait to try a facial — and if I can get over my fear of eyebrow waxing. well, this will be the place where I go. (sorry, but my first experience hurt like hell)
On a side note: one day I went in to get a gel manicure, and due to stress from something in my personal life, and not having eaten properly, and with the acetone needed to get my old gels off. well, I almost fainted. My nail technician ran and got me water, and a bag of potato chips, and more water. and waited til I felt better — that is service that is hard to find. :)
UPDATE: Came in there on Thursday, December 19^th, with no appointment. My sister and I just wanted pedicures — they were short-​staffed, and could not accommodate us. We went somewhere else.

great mani and pedicure. ask for Nancy she is a perfectionist. I can’t vouch for the other nail techs. If Nancy is not available then I won’t get my nails done.

OMG. 3 customers, 9 techs and still waiting over ½ an hour since my appt time. All the «free» techs are doing each others nails. Last time I come here.
