After owning a Scion tC for 10 years, I was in the market for a new vehicle. I had been looking at SUV’s, and as we drove by this dealership at the end of day, I noticed a really pretty SUV that caught my eye. My Salesman, Dennis, was helpful, patient, and very knowledgable about this particular vehicle.
I went out of town for work that next week, and while I was gone communicated with him, got a quote, and an idea of what my trade-in value would be. When I came back he put the SUV aside for me… I went in that weekend, bought it, and never had to haggle, argue or threaten to walk away. He answered all of my other questions, and there was no pressure to buy.
The financing team, Howard, was fantastic as well. No pressure to purchase an extra warranty, and was clear on what my payment would be, my APR, and who the payment will go through. He was able to match what I wanted to pay, and even got it down a few dollars.
I have been to many many dealerships over the years, and this is one of the best I have been too!

I came to Auto Action with very bad circumstances… Bad credit, upside down in my current car, little to no down payment and was desperate to find a way out. I had a very long conversation with Rick, who kindly took the time to review all of my information and was incredibly helpful with his recommendations. He saved me from making some very bad decisions that could lead me into even worse debt! At the end of the day I did not get a car, and he did not get the sale, but through that conversation alone, my faith has been completely restored in humanity. He could’ve been a typical salesman and manipulated me into a sale that would appear to be a good solution from the outside… But completely ruin me on the inside. I would recommend this place to anyone who finds themselves in a similar, desperate situation, this guy will give it to you straight!

One star is way too much to write this place, however it was the lowest I could go. I have never had a worst experience in dealing with a used car place, and honestly I’ve never had a worst experience in a business of any kind. This place is full of low class management, and all they care about is money. I had a problem getting my deposit back for a vehicle they did not deliver, when I became unhappy I was physically threatened by the manager that he would physically remove me from the store, but I still had not received my $ 500 deposit back.
DO NOT GO HERE!!!

If you want an overpriced used car that will spend more time in the shop than it will on the road… if you want repair bills that are higher than your car payment… if you like being told «We won’t check your credit» only to find out later that they did… then these guys are right for you.

The workers here are scumbags. Do not trust this dealership. I was told I was approved for a vehicle and that I had to come back and pick up the title the next day. I left a 300 $ deposit and came back the next day, they said they couldn’t sell me the car and made me fill out a bunch of paperwork in order to get my deposit back. It’s been 3 weeks and I still haven’t received my deposit. I’ve gone back multiple times only for them to tell me that the manager isn’t there and there is no way for them to open the safe where they keep the deposit. Stay away from these scamming losers.

I came to this Auto Action location to purchase a vehicle on Saturday ⁴⁄₁₂ with a bad taste in my mouth from a previous dealership telling me I was approved with my $ 500 down and going in for them to tell me I needed $ 2000. I had previously spoken with Ryan on the phone and decided to take the long trip into the Van Buren location. Once I got there it was an easy process, unlike other places we worked number first. I told them what I had & what I could afford and they told me what cars I could pick from. Ryan took the time to show me all of the vehicles and even took me to other locations to make sure I made a choice I was going to be happy with. Ryan ended up spending nearly 4 hours with me. I decided on a 2003 Ford Focus and could not be happier. Abraham made sure I fully understood what my obligations were and Angel went through the contract with me twice to ensure I was satisfied with my terms. My payments are affordable and the length of the loan is perfect. It is very hard to trust buy here– pay here dealerships but thankfully I had an awesome experience.
