I had a mostly great experience here yesterday. I went in to upgrade my phone, which I hate doing because I always end up losing stuff in the transfer, usually pictures. Luis was helping me the whole time. He let me leave my phone at the store until the transfer was complete. Also, he let me know about a great deal, and I got my iPhone 6S, case, screen protector, and a wireless speaker that I needed for a total of only $ 75! Plus, we reduced my monthly plan by $ 20/​month. He was very friendly throughout. My only complaint was that I left the store at 4:05 and was told it would take an hour and a half for the transfer. I went back at 5:45 and was told that he’d gotten busy and didn’t start the transfer until 5. I was trying to make plans for the night so I was frustrated, but he was willing to let me use my old phone while I went home and waited for the transfer to be completed. I am very happy with my new phone, and, for once, all of my pictures are still there!

Went to change my plan. They messed it up to a tune of additional $ 200 per month. Went back in
4 times, was assured it was corrected. I’ll repeat 4 TIMES, they never corrected. Frustrated I went to an ATT corporate store at Tempe town mkt place and they fixed the issue and back credited my account in 15 minutes, they were great and apologetic. (the 44 St store is a sub contracted service store). I’d avoid the 44th & indianschool store…
Did I mention 4 TIMES… UGH

The corporate policy of AT&T is to prevent you from using the data you purchase. I have the 3GB plan on my iPhone 6. AT&T dictates that I may not have a «hot spot» to share those 3GB’s I have already paid for in the manner that I specify. I want to use my data on my other wireless devices. Their answer is: pay us $ 20 more per month plus taxes and additional fees and we will let you share your data with other devices. Boo, hiss! This is a terrible policy. I cannot recommend AT&T.

Still here… came in at 12:55PM and am waiting for the one person working here to help us and the time now is 1:36PM. Poor guy has been dealing with negative situations and keeps apologizing that his store manager isn’t here to help him. He’s sent him a txt and nothing… what kind of person is running this shop??? it’s Saturday and don’t understand why this poor guy is here on a busy Saturday by himself?! Mind you it’s probably slower (customer wise) then other stores but there should AT LEAST be two people working at all times!!!

Just left this place super satisfied and happy! (I was at the Biltmore location prior to this and had horrible customer service) Brandon who helped me upgrade one of the lines to the new iPhone 6 plus was super sweet! His co-​worker whose name I didn’t catch… Sorry… was super helpful as well. They were very knowledgable and kind. They didn’t pressure me into any upgrades and made my buying experience very comfortable. I will definitely come back to this location for future AT&T services even though I live down the street from the Biltmore one. Thanks!
