I had a great experience with Arrowhead Exterminating. The price was very reasonable, and John Lentini was the best part about it. He treated the areas of my home that had termite issues, and went above and beyond what was needed. I really appreciated his professionalism, speed and hard work. Definitely the best experience I’ve had with exterminators since moving to the valley 14 years ago. Thanks!!!

I have had Arrowhead over to my house about three times to get rid of a pesky little ant situation. I think finally things might be a little under control even thought I still see some of the ants from time to time. So why two stars. When the service guy showed up in his truck I could see him smoking in the car. I hate smoking but I have no problem with people smoking in there car. What I do have a problem with is his tossing the cigarette out in front of my house. That is very disrespectful/​disgusting and really turned me off. After all I will be the one picking up after him. This just showed me a lack of respect for me the homeowner. Because of this I will not be using their services again.

Great service and done the first time. When we first bought our house we had a termite issue so we used the previous owners pest control company because we thought they knew what was going on and could treat it. Nine months later we started seeing trails again. We called Arrowhead Exterminating on a referral from a friend and they came out to treat the whole house. Not only have we not seen any other evidence of termites, they continually check each time they do the monthly service and let me know that everything is alright. Great customer service.

Take it from someone who uses this company… They are good solid company with great people working for them. Tom always get’s back to me quickly and can get things done in a timely manner. John is the best, my clients love his attitude and respect what he tells them about the process. I have always had great service from Arrowhead and I can tell you 20+ years now using them… speaks volumes. I can tell you that I call them over anyone else and when others try to charge volumes for the work that they do… Arrowhead beats them hands down. I have to get Arrowhead to clear most of the termite inspections. My clients do not feel they have been taken advantage of I encourage them to check out the others. Arrowhead doesn’t do the waterdown version. My neigbors THANK ME for introducing them to Arrowhead. THAT MATTERS!

I have been using this company for years. Jim is the best in the business. He always goes out of his way to take care of us. They have great prices too.

Do not use this company for termite control. While drilling into our garage foundation their tech hit a water line and flooded our bathroom and master closet. Management claimed they weren’t responsible but finally agreed to pay the plumber when I stopped the check. Shortly after, all the concrete patches in the garage and on the patio fell out and guess what? A year later we still have termites.

I’m still horrified by our experience from this morning. We have used this company before, less than a year ago, and called them back last week to have them come back out because our termites were coming through the living room. The last time the man came to our house, we noticed that his way of dealing with customers was not very good (demanding, borderline pushy, and very rough with our personal property) but we let it slide because the job was done effectively and at a reasonable price.
This time, the same technician came out, and the service was markedly worse. He arrived early, which is not necessarily a bad thing except my roommate works nights, and was still asleep in our bedroom. I showed him the spot where the bugs were, and excused myself to wake up my friend. Since I was on my way out the door, I could not stay. I told him twice that I would be right back. As I open the door to tell him to get up, the technician tries to follow me inside. This is Phoenix. It’s late summer. It’s still very warm. My roommate is mostly nude, and we were both appalled at the lack of privacy and disrespect. I usher him out to give my roommate a chance to cover up, and he takes that opportunity to force our blinds open and try to wrench open our patio door. I have to step in to open it for him, and when I turn around again, his is back in our bedroom AGAIN! He walked in as my roommate is brushing his teeth, and he had rush out of the bathroom as the technician tried to manhandle our clothing rack with our underwear still drying on it to look at the wall.
At this point we were embarrassed, angry, and I was officially late. He eventually filled in the holes and cracks, but not before smearing our walls with termite gunk as he dragged his equipment and all the dirt he tracked in across the house. Our walls are dinged and dented, and our carpet was violent ripped up and haphazardly stomped back down.
There are many exterminating companies in the valley with similar prices. Your employees are a reflection of your business, and we will absolutely be taking our business elsewhere in the future.

Been using tgis company for about a year now great low prices, nice customer service, always on time and havent had any bugs so it’s working good !!!
