It’s a living hell. That’s to put it lightly. Worst place I ever lived at and I counted down the days I was moving out. I lived there April 2014-Jan 2015. When I first rented there it seemed ok and then everything unfolded. There was many nights with random domestic disputes, one major night where there were METHHEADS running around fighting and smashing multiple living room windows, days where laundry was stolen, etc etc. They post signs that you should monitor your belongings when doing laundry bc of that. As far as maintenance they are great! They work so hard to try to keep this place livable even though they’re are truly short staffed for the amount of work to be done. The leasing manager that came on while I was living there KIM would lose my work orders so I’d have to re-email them to her but that wasn’t their fault. She just as conveniently would forget to put me on the PESTCONTROL list that I needed the whole time I lived there. I seriously would throw out take out food bc I would get soo grossed out about ROACHES running around all over the place. When I moved I found dead ones all over my stuff. I keep my place clean but the buildings are extremely infested. My upstairs neighbors lived like pigs. They’d leave their full garbage bags(yes multiple) outside bc they were too lazy to throw them out. I had a bathroom leak that they would just patch up bc they were too cheap to hire professional plumbers and fix the source of the leak. My bathroom ceiling was patched up 3 times and just kept leaking. I noticed something black in my closet and thought it was termites eating the wood behind the wall. I reported it and nothing was done. I had about a month and a half left there so I stopped caring. Turns out when I moved more stuff in my closet it turned out to be BLACKMOLD! Which is why I kept getting sick with the flu and multiple sinus infections all the time the last few months. Save your money, get a 2nd job… Don’t move there!

If I could give this complex negative stars I would! Im just about up on my 1 year lease and I couldnt be happier to get the hell out of this bug infested, extremely poorly managed complex. A year ago I was suppose to move into a nicer. haha, renovated studio on the East side of the complex. THEDAYBEFORE I MOVEDIN they called to tell me I had to move in to another apartment on the west side. I didnt get to see this studio and the day I moved in there were roaches everywhere, which STILL have not gone away. My studio reeks of cigarettes because they let residents smoke in their apartments. So, all of my furniture and clothes are permanently ruined and smells like a cheap Motel in Las Vegas. Thank god im one of the few that has not got bed bugs! All of my neighbors have them which puts me in a constant fear of getting them. A new tenant just moved in and the next day was bit all over her body. So they dont treat it before you move in. They told me they are not giving me my $ 200REFUNDABLE deposit back when I move so they can«clean». Why the hell is it a refundable deposit? I ended up speaking to higher management about this deposit issue in which he said there is absolutely no way you shouldnt get your deposit back, if of course, your apartment is clean. Mine is very clean! So I then had to call multpile friends and they are going to work on getting their deposits back aswell. So, I was desperate to get out of here and maybe make it a little better and move into a fully renovated 2 bedroom… the next day they gave that apartment away! Everytime I go to the office the 2 ladies have the most poor attitudes ive ever encountered. I understand sales and being firm but I already live here, you should be helping accommodate my living situation, not make it harder for me and super frustrating. The maintenance team is great, although everything in this place breaks, is not functional and is rotted. Only 3 of my outlets work, I cant have cable or internet because they havnt fixed the outlets for those either. It took 3 days to get a lightbulb and there is only 1lighting fixture in the living area. So for 3 days… no light… because my outlets DONTWORKFORLAMPS! The complex is in a nice neighborhood and is cheaper than the competition. However, it’s a bit run-down, and the office staff is unbelievably disorganized. The manager and assistant manager are never on the same page, so it’s like a guessing game as to what kind of response you’ll get on a given day. When I reserved my apartment, I was quoted a move-in price that seemed quite reasonable. Then, a day or so later, I was quoted a price that was $ 500 higher because they«forgot» about the cats they had already approved. Then the cats were left off the lease and it took days for them to fix that error, and they misspelled my(very easy to spell) email address, despite the fact that I wrote it out for them. So it took another two weeks to get my lease emailed to me. Then on moving day, I suddenly owed another $ 50 out of nowhere. Then I had a $ 11 credit(finally something going my way). Then, today, after living here for a month, I suddenly owed a $ 10 setup fee for online rent payment that I paid on move-in day. Also, there’s no air conditioning. There’s some«chiller» system that runs super-cooled water through pipes in the walls. I haven’t faced a Phoenix summer in this place yet, but I’m extremely skeptical. Utilities are divided out among all residents, so since I’m an energy-conscious person who takes short showers and turns off lights when I leave the room, I’m subsidizing the family of four with a 56 inch television that’s left on all day. The neighbors seem nice, though, and the complex is close to downtown and the airport.
