Amazing Lash Studio Tatum & Shea

I had my full set at the other location 2 weeks ago and they all fell off, so I had decided to try a new location. I’m so glad that I did. I had my full set with Laia, she was extremely sweet, gentle and careful. She took her time and made sure that she could get the lashes as full as possible. I’ll definitely come back to this location and have my lashes done with Laia. P/​s: The receptionists were also very kind, knowledgeble, and helpful. I’m very happy overall.

Made an appointment here and the girl on the phone was very helpful in answering my questions. Once I arrived, the three staff people I saw did not have eyelash extensions, which I thought was interesting.
My appointment started off fine and they taped my eyes shut as per usual for getting extensions on. However, the technician kept coming in and out of my room for a few minutes at a time, and one time she never came back. A different girl came in and seemed nervous, I asked what was going on and she said the glue wasn’t working but they only had one kind of glue. I sense that the first girl was sick or something too.
3 ½ hours later I was so done, my back hurt from laying flat and still on the table. The girl at the desk originally told me to expect 2hrs. The last technician kept saying «they’d take care of me in the front» but when I went to pay, they wanted to charge me full price and I had to explain why this was an unpleasant experience. Eventually the manager came out and did give me 50% off which is why I’m giving them 2 stars instead of 1.
Honestly, I wouldn’t go back. My eyelashes are uneven (there are more on my right side) but I got them for a trip to Hawaii so I didn’t have time to back and spend more hours there. They also try and push you to being a member which is a yearlong commitment with monthly payment which does not even include full services.

I am currently updating my review on the horrid service I received at an amazing lash studio. The studio takes no ownership of poor service or abusive Lash technicians. I just left my visit there in tears. The tech glued some lashes to my bottom lash which is typically normal but not when it’s specifically just to the bottom and not even on the top lash. The tech decided to pluck them with tweezers and I’m talking about actually tweezing my bottom lashes out. When I tried to sit up she shoved my head down numerous times and not for safety reasons. When I told the manager Torri about my horrible experience and keep in mind I have been going to them numerous times and I’ve only had one other poor experience but I decided to give them another shot. When explaining the situation she decides to blame me and charge me for a full set when I was there for a refill. She was very rude and said that I was being threatening because I asked for the owners contact information. Her response changed the second time I asked her can I please have the contact information of the owner, with, «he knows all about you»! needless to say I left without the owner’s contact information and with a basic corporate number. I’m also leaving with neck pain, left eye with an entire outer corner missing Lashes and irritated inner eye from having lashes plucked out with tweezers. Ladies do not come here the staff is rude, The front desk girl (Caitlin?) although, semi knowledgeable, rolls her eyes and has a very unwelcoming attitude when you open the front door. The entire time you’re getting your lashes half the staff are complaining that they only get paid $ 10 an hour and very seldomly even get their overtime. Which, I have met the owner before and he was very nice and very welcoming so I hope he is able to maintain his business with the staff who runs wild and talks poorly about customers, the employees and owner. It would also be nice if staff was required to sanitize or wash their hands before putting lashes on the eyes so you didn’t have to smell whatever they had last eaten the whole time your lashes are being done. There are plenty of other places in town to get your lashes I would not take the risk of this location until the owner hires and gets new staff that aren’t just facebooking, eating food and taking selfies at the front desk and ignoring you.
If, you have to go to this location they’re only two staffers there, I would trust; Melinda & Jemiqca.
Negative reviews are not my thing but this was an extreme experience that I felt had to be shared.

I can’t even say how amazing this place is. It was my first time getting lashes and oh my gosh! They were so patient with me, explained everything and took their time. They were even amazing with my daughter. I can go on and on about how personable they made my visit and how welcoming they were. I would recommend this place to anyone!!!

I came to amazing lash studio after a few lash horror stories and thank goodness I did:) talk about a world of difference ! I got my lashes taken off and a full new set put on by Ciara, she was amazing :)) I chose the glamorous style and they are gorgeous! Thank you !!

I used to go to the MMR one but due to a scheduling conflict there I tried out this location and I’m so glad I did! Jamika is now my go to lash girl. She was honest and upfront about my lashes having some damage and she recommended what I could do to fix it. I’ve noticed since going to her, less lashes are falling off and when they do, they aren’t damaging my natural ones. I LOVE volume and she has been able to make them look super gorgeous using only the regular kind. She takes her time and makes sure each lash gets an extension and I always walk out feeling/​looking great! Thank you so much!

I got my eye lashes at lush out studio on Miller. 24 hours later I had a very bad allergy and my doctor told me to remove my lashes immediately. When I called lush out studio they only can see me the next day which was too late for me.
When I called amazing lush studio and explained my situation they were very kind to fit me in right the way. The lady who removed my lashes was in training and was very gentle. She was checked by trainers 4 times make sure everything was fine. She was paying attention to every advice. I could tell she loves what she is doing and very happy to work for the company. She also mentioned how much she likes the owners which is rare in these days. Thank you so much amazing lush for taking care of me!!! Irina.

I was a model yesterday to help the stylists get better with their quality and technique. my stylist Bridget did an awesome job along with the help of her trainer… Thank you so much for my BEAUTIFUL lashes! They always go above and beyond to make me look AMAZING! Please go and see for your self how wonderful you can look too!

This is my second time here. My first time I paid full price for a full set. Overall they looked good and the technician was very nice, but the girl (and I believe owner) up front were very rude. A few months later I got a call for a free FULL SET from girls in training. Of course, I was fully aware they likely wouldn’t be the same as when I first got them done, but I would assume if they’re letting girls touch their clients eyes they would know what they are doing for the most part. Nope. I laid there for THREE AND A HALF HOURS and I am not kidding you I have 10 eyelashes on. Full set? I don’t think so. On top of it, the technician left a bunch of black gunk on my eye and when I asked her to get it off she got alcohol in my eye. I asked the girl up front if I could just pay full price for a full set and she said, «No, we are busy. We could probably get you in next week or something. You knew she was in training.» So rude. Horrible service. I would not recommend to anyone! I heard McDowell ranch is really good, maybe try there. But please, take my advice and do not spend your money here.

I recommend amazing lash wholeheartedly! Always friendly, on time, clean and my lashes look great! I’ve had to change appointments and they always understand and make changes to fit my schedule. Jamica is my stylist and she’s amazing! I am hard on my lashes and one salon I use to go to would constantly reprimand me and one time only did half fill because they didn’t have time to finish. I went in every two weeks but they said it was like a full set every time I went and charged me extra. At ALS I never have to apologize and I always know what it will cost.

I have had some interesting experiences at different lash studios before finding amazing lash! I’m so happy I found this place. They are so clean and so friendly! I have been seeing Danielle since day one and she does an amazing job! She is so clean and truly takes her time to make my lashes perfect! She is so kind and great at what she does! I have been getting tons of compliments on my lashes ever since I have been coming here. I love that they offer a membership and it’s definitely worth it. I love amazing lash studio and would definitely recommend them!

Amazing place! It was my first time getting lash extensions and I will never go anywhere else. The front desk staff is very welcoming! Kimiko and Toni are awesome. I would recommend this place to everyone who is interested in getting lashes.

Love love love! Danielle is the best! Gets my lashes perfect everytime! I get so many compliments. Super easy to get scheduled and they work you in quickly if you are a walk in… Chloe, Sophia, Vanessa and Arianna are amazing always willing to accommodate anything i need. The staff is friendly and the studio is uper professional and always clean. I have never had any issues. I wont go anywhere else!

My first ever lash extensions and I could not be happier! My stylist did a fantastic job and they are even prettier than I imagined. Im never going back to my boring old lashes again! Also worth mentioning, everyone was very welcoming and friendly and the studio was very clean and modern. I’m sold on this place! :)

After my first experience and review of the studio, management reached out to me via multiple platforms to see how they could improve my experience, which I really appreciated. I have since been back to the studio multiple times ALL with 5-​star positive experiences. I’m greeted and checked-​in right away and my appointment time has always been respected since my first memorable visit. My lashes are fabulous each and every time and I have been enjoying my technician, Toni and her professionalism (along with her humor). I like how she does one eye at a time so I don’t feel blind and she is always checking to see if I’m comfortable. I’m addicted!

I had my very first set of eye lash extensions done here and I absolutely loved them! I felt quite welcomed as soon as I walked into the place. My stylist was very knowledgeable and friendly, not to mention the rest of the staff were awesome! The entire place was very clean, even the bathrooms were spotless! The 12 month program is super affordable and convenient. What’s not to like about Amazing Lash Studio? I went from plain jane to super model in 2 hours! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I’m never disappointed. Out of all the lash artists I’ve tried Amazing Lash lasts the longest. You won’t be disappointed and there’s great pricing!
