The company I work for has struggled to locate a printer that can accurately render our company color on business cards. Additionally, it is difficult to locate a printer that offers heavier card stock with a glossy front and matte back. We have a number of staff that like to write notes, numbers, et cetera on the back of their business cards, and it is tricky to find a stock that doesn’t smear too much. We worked with Aaron Burckle, who was knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly patient. They first printed us one round of proofs on a really nice heavy matte stock, but the color wasn’t right. Aaron patiently reviewed the card stock options with us, and helped us select a stock that would work best for our design. He assured us that they would get the color right, so he took a color sample back to their print team and they proceeded to match it on a different card stock with the glossy front that really helped the color pop. We are so pleased with the cards they printed and our staff immediately noticed the improved quality. I really appreciated working with a sales person whose knowledge of the process was matched by their ability to deliver.

I offered to organize team shirts for my daughter’s team. Not having done it before, I was weary of the whole process. I worked with Larry, who made the whole process easy and manageable from start to finish. A true professional and joy to work with!

Service here is great! You know how hard it is to find a printing company that can print addresses on your wedding invitation envelopes?!
There was no pressure to say yes to their services, no snarky attitude, just a quote and the turnaround time.
Since I didn’t have very many envelopes to print, I didn’t think the printing services were worth the cost (fixed costs + variable costs) so I didn’t use them. However, if you have 100+ invitation envelopes to print, then I definitely think you should go with these guys.

Two months looking for a company who could do a hi res scan.
Five minutes of problem solving and finally got my project scanned. You don’t often find companies willing to take the time anymore.

I recently used this AlphaGraphics location for a specialty print job for one of my clients. Larry Furlong (the franchise owner) assisted us every step of the way. The customer service, follow up, print quality and turn around was excellent! I will be using them again and highly recommend their services!

I have lots of various printing needs and have been working with John Monteith at AG for over three years now and he always delivers (no literally, he delivers!). The quality is never short of what I need and I have been thoroughly impressed with the graphic and design products-​a service from them I just began using.
Overall, I would recommend working with John on ANY printing project, design, promotion products, etc. And if they get it wrong (which doesn’t happen often), they fix it immediately and still make sure they come in on budget and on time. Best customer service from a printer I have received yet. I have, and will, continue to recommend John and AG.

I had a print job that I needed done and decided to give this Alphagraphics a shot due to the convenient location, easy to access parking lot, and stellar reviews.
I found the service to be friendly, the turn-​around time fast, and the quality of the work A-​OK. They did seem a bit pricey, but since time was of the essence, I didn’t attempt calling elsewhere to compare.
I would totally use this Alphagraphics location again, especially if their quote was similar to any others I looked into.

Very nice business. Open on Sunday and no fuss. Other places won’t print from word docs but require PDFs. These guys said no problem. Very reasonable printing costs. Very good customer service.

There are many places to go for printing needs. I was referred to Alphagraphics on Camelback from a co-​worker. I needed some posters and flyers printed for an upcoming fundraiser I am hosting. The process was so smooth and easy from start to finish. Dee Ann Mullins was a wonderful associate to do business with. She gave me options, great ideas, and was helpful in making my decision. The turn around time was 2 days. They do everything here at Alphagraphics. Make this location your «go-​to» place for your printing needs. I will be returning with more business.

I love going to this place for all my printing needs. Brian always helps me out. Trust me he is the man! Always prompt and courtesy. Makes great recommendations and has great customer service. Images are clear and the quality of the paper beats any other printing place I’ve tried. I’ll keep returning!

I always receive Exceptional service from Alphagraphics. I work for a large corporate company in North Scottsdale and we use them for mailers, posters, high volume printing etc. Quality of the print meets our expectations and they deliver in a timely matter. John Monteith is by far the best rep! John provides myself and fellow co workers with the BEST customer service. He continues to go over and above to make sure we receive what we need, and he is very trustworthy.
I will continue to use Alphagraphics and if your ever in a bind and have your boss mad you didn’t get something printed for marketing. Alphagraphics can get it done in record time!!!

Great vendors that are affordable are rare. Here’s one that must be shared. With R and R Images being acquired by Shutterfly, I needed to find a new printer for a reprint of a small job they had done last year. They recommended AlphaGraphics. Really? was my first thought. Then I called the store. Very nice. Turns out a couple of the AG stores are huge and have tons of capabilities. Larry Furlong is the franchise owner and couldn’t be more friendly and accommodating. He emailed over a quote within minutes! And the next day I had a courier deliver a full capabilities kit with samples, catalogs, etc. They cater to agencies, he says. I’ll say. They’ve just taken a spot in my «Supplier Swiss Army knife». Email the file and they’ll blind ship to your client and drop a few samples in the mail for you as well. Boom. There you go.

I called Larry to discuss sizing for a photograph to be used on a website AlphaGraphics was building for a mutual client. When I explained that I wanted to be certain I was sizing the image correctly because I didn’t have much experience working with pixels. The guy scoffed and said «Really?» He proceeded to walk me through the process with a demeaning tone. When I told him he seemed to be talking down to me, he hung up the phone. Wow!
I immediately called back and asked for the manager. She told me I had been talking to the owner of AlphaGraphics, Larry. Wow!
I called my client and explained what had happened. A few days later, Larry contacted my client and asked her to apologize to me, for him! Wow!

They do quality, professional work, with a fast turnaround and exceptional customer service. Larry hand delivered an order to me and it was a 25 minute drive from their office. Exceptional customer service and they get the job done right with no hassle.

I prefer the quality of AlphaGraphics over Kinkos for a printer when you’re in a hurry, but wtf are people talking about with the «stellar customer service»? I went there today and everyone looked like they’d rather be dead than at work. An older woman barely helped me. At least at Kinkos they do everything for you. I have never been to a print store that required you to figure shit out on your own. She pointed to a computer (an old one at that) and I had to figure out which printer to send it to and how to adjust the settings to fit what I was trying to print. I am very computer savvy, but it just seemed lazy of them/​her. She kept walking away and I kept hollering across the entire fucking store asking questions. Seriously?! Just take my thumb drive, plug it in, print the files, and be done with it. Isn’t that so much easier than me bugging you 10 times? It’s one thing if I request a self-​service setup, but I didn’t. I was just very unimpressed. No one was particularly mean or rude, just not the least bit happy or helpful. It’s frustrating and I’d rather go to Kinkos.

I typically like to use local businesses but was let down a bit by the one previously used. I had to get a large job done quickly and correct the FIRST time so I took the chance on AlphaGraphics and pleased to admit that they were extremely efficient, understanding to my needs and went above and beyond to make sure all my questions and concerns were addressed. For the job I needed done I was expecting at least 3 business days. I was told it may take only 24 to 48 hours to complete it however, they were done in UNDER 24 hours which was surprising and so very much appreciated. They were extremely professional and offered money saving and time saving suggestions. I’ll definitely be using this AlphaGraphics in the future for all my printing needs.
