All about nails should be called, all about ripping you off! Their prices are crazy high for starters. Went in with two friends of mine for girlfriend nail time. It was our first time here and didn’t know what to expect. So after sushi we decided to get our nails done. About 10 minutes into getting my full set I could hear a woman complaning that they didn’t give her change back. She came in for just polish, was charged $ 8 and gave them a $ 10 bill. They just kept it! She was very angry they would assume she was going to tip them $ 2 and just keep her money. Another lady was washing her hands and kept saying, «it won’t stop bleeding! «. They had cut her. A 3rd woman was telling them she was being overcharged for her pedi and they just kept acting dumb about it, like they don’t speak english. When I went to pay for my very expensive full set, they told me it was $ 48. I gave the lady $ 60 and she gave me back $ 7. Seriously, learn math and english! I let them keep the $ 5 as their tip even though they fully do not deserve it. While leaving my friend told her that she ripped me off and the lady denied it and said she gave me back $ 12. I said, no you gave me $ 7, but don’t worry, that can be your tip, and we will never come back. She then said, «ok good!». Just wow. Horrible.

My sister and I met for lunch at Pita Jungle and saw that All About Nails has a $ 5/off promo when you get a mani/pedi. We both needed one so we decided to stop in. When we walked in, one gal was getting a pedicure and the remainder of the place was empty. Theresa filled the water next to the girl getting a pedi and had me sit down and my sister had to wait for the guy to finish. When he finished her, he barely even cleaned the bowl before having my sister sit. I wants just a regular pedicure but she kept bugging me to do callus or a sugar scrub so I finally agreed. Halfway into my scrub her next appointment showed up and she rushed through my massage and did a really poor job painting my nails. There was polish all over my skin and I had to ask the guy next to my sister to brush off the extra polish because Theresa rushed off to help the other lady and she told me someone else would help me. The guy doing my sisters nails had someone start gel removal while he finished her toes and took her to start her manicure while I sat and waited with my hands in a bowl of acetone(not in foil with acetone soaked cotton like they did with my sister and places normally do) while several women just walked in and got served immediately. I sat for almost 40 minutes before Theresa came back and at that point I told her to just take the gels off because I didn’t have time. She tried to argue with me but I told her I didn’t want to do a manicure anymore. She charged me $ 5 for the gel removal when I had already pealed 90% off while waiting with my hands in the acetone. My sisters guy also ended up cutting her really bad and filed her nails way down. Another guy had to take over and fix his mistakes. I really hate to complain about a business but we had a really bad experience, bad customer service, and I left having to go to my regular nail place after spending 1.5 hours there and I’m going to have to pay for a polish change on my toes because they are so bad. I would steer clear of this place.

Worst experience ever!!! I called ahead and asked for a gel polish change and the price. Price was quoted asked for French manicure price and said I would come over. She said come now and they would wrap my nails and I wow wait 15 min. I said ok. Got there she then said 15 min wait just to wrap them. Waited then showed her the picture and she said the picture was a design and she didn’t have time!!! Ridiculous been getting my nails done a long time never will go back! Never had this happen ever!

I’m not sure why there are some bad reviews. I also liked the salon when Patrick was here. However my experience here today was exceptional. My mom came with me & loved her manicure. I recommend giving them a try. Reasonable prices, relaxing mani/pedi & bright atmosphere.

I am a fair person and understand sometimes people have off days but this place was horrible. They were rude, very rude. I had to wait 35 minutes for them to help someone who walked I. After the guy started my nails already. And they charged me 135 dollars for nails and toes. I DONOT recommend this place. Not to mention he did not even ask me what links I would like my nails and cut them very short and when I told him I would like them longer he ignored me. He rushed and did a horrible job did not cut my cuticles didn’t even use the machine or have me wash my hands after filing. Don’t go here. The pics speak for themselves. And I JUST left the salon 10 minutes ago.

This place never ever again. My earlier review today was in error and meant for a different nail salon. The reason I stopped going here was because they do not sterilize all their utensils. They pull out clippers etc from dirty dusty plastic containers…

The best nail salon I’ve been to in a long time! Fantastic service, relaxed atmosphere and AWSOME staff! You feel like family when your here, plus they always take walk ins. I felt at home from my first day and have been a loyal customer for 5 months now. My fav thing to do is get my nails done then head to sushi next door!

I was visiting Phoenix for a work conference and was in desperate need for a gel manicure. After reading the horrible nearby nail shops reviews, I decided to give this shop a try. I called and CIci, took my call. She told me to head over, as there was no waiting. I arrived and CIci was very pleasant and did an AWESOME job on my French gel mani! I will definitely return if I am ever visiting Phoenix in the near future.

The. Worst. I got a crappy pedicure and the lady told my mom that she has«man hands» just because she requested a clear coat. I have the hand eye coordination of a drunk toddler and I have given my self better pedicures than that.

I love love this place! I’ve been coming here for many years for mani/pedi’s. I love the way my nails look when I leave here. Mark and his staff are excellent and always accommodating. Thanks again All About Nails, for another amazing manicure. I’ll be back soon :)

This place sucks now. It used to be awesome but the new management clearly has no idea how to successfully run a business. I was here yesterday with a couple of girlfriends and the woman doing my friends pedi literally butchered her toes. She destroyed her cuticles and then put alcohol all over them, burning her feet. My friend asked her repeatedly to stop, the guy doing my other friends pedi even said something to the woman in another language and they both laughed — she didn’t stop. Considering it was $ 25 for an extremely mediocre pedi, needless to say I won’t be coming back any time soon. Also, they do have interesting hours — open till 7 on weeknights. However, we were the only ones there so I think they’re really hurting.

I thought this place was great. I am super picky about my nails and even though it has bad reviews I decided to try because of convenience to my office. Soloman did a great job and said if I messed them up or one broke come back and he would fix for free. They were super friendly!

I have written a couple of reviews for the new owner. He is not professional and has taken all of the great stations and replaced with seconds. Staff is not the same and this place does not even clean instruments. I will not be back. I will keep writing reviews as mine keep disappearing from this site! I can see my reviews but they are not posted.

Don’t go here! My wife and I bought gift certificates for our mothers to go here as a thank you gift for setting up our wedding shower. Unfortunately they were very busy after the wedding working to pay for everything so they couldn’t make it to the spa before the gift certificates expired after six months. I realize this is a long time, but the spa still accepted our money, so they should return a service. The moms finally tried to set up an appointment and called to see if they would still honor the gift certificates even though they had expired, knowing they would probably be spending additional money on things beyond what was covered by the $ 15. Apparently the spa decided they were going to keep our money and not return a service and just said«sorry, those are expired». So, I can’t even review their services because they chose the path of greed over friendly service.

In dire need of a manicure and pedicure, and being from out of town, I called ahead to see if they accept walk ins and luckily they do. I noticed the salon was bright and airy. There was no «nail polish» or acrylic smell. It was nicely decorated without being overwhelming with décor. I did notice the red Christmas ornaments hanging from the ceiling, but it didn’t deter from the over all look. Sandy immediately greeted me when I walked in. I soon found out that she was friendly and funny. Since I had remnants of shellac on my nails from a few weeks ago and she helped me remove the polish from my fingernails and toes in a matter of minutes. At first, I was going to get a pink glitter color for my nail polish but then opted for a french manicure instead. Sandy was quick with the polish, but the results looked good. Solomon did my pedicure and the shellac nail polish. Shellac pedicure: $ 45 Shellac french manicure: $ 30 If I’m in the area again, I would definitely stop by again for a manicure /pedicure.
