This is the place to go in Ahwatukee. I LOVE the office staff. Every one is professional, but personable. I go regularly, but my little son had to go and get a skin biopsy when he was only 6 years old. They went out of their way to make sure that he didn’t associate their office with pain. They really, really wanted to make it as simple for him as possible.

I have been going here for years and have been seen by both Sarah Neumann and Heather and have always had impeccable care. All of the office staff is helpful and attentive and my visits have always been personalized. I love going here because they are efficient but my appointments never seem rushed. I live in Mesa and it takes me about 45 minutes to get to their office but it is worth the drive. If you are on the fence, you need to try Ahwatukee Skin and Laser, I can’t say enough good things. Oh and they know what they are doing, I’ve been receiving treatment for acne and my yearly checkups from them and I wouldn’t be going back if I didn’t trust them.

I see Heather for my adult acne issues for the past year. She is great! She is understanding and listened to my concerns about prescription pills. I now am on a herbal supplement, face wash, and topical cream régime that has been working great. They also sell Janie Marini products. Heather introduced my to the bioglycolic cleanser and it has worked wonders for my skin!

I’ve been a patient of Sarah Neumann for over 10 years. She is the best practitioner I’ve ever seen. She treats the patient from the inside out, takes time to get to know you and more importantly spends time with her patients. Ahwatukee Skin and Laser staff are always helpful, friendly and know how to take care of their clients.

I have been with Sarah for over 15 years she see’s 3 generations of my family. In addition I have recommended coutless friends and family that see her and much like me would NEVER consider any other practice, even if we moved or changed insurance… Staff welcoming and accomdating. Appointments on time every time and Sarah and their doctors take whatever time is necessary to spend with you. I have had issues that only Sara has both figured out and remdied. I myself have very special needs being allergic to everthing under the sun and somehow Sarah finds a way to fix me and make me well. My 70 year old father feels there is and will never be a better office or place for our family even if we had to drives hours to see her and her staff. I have been going to Ahwatukee Skin and Laser for about 4 years after being referred by a friend. It took me 6 months to get i to see them, but it was well worth the wait. What makes it so great? First of all, they have a great staff, and a well run office which means they will see you on ON TIME. No sitting and waiting for an hour after you show up on time. Second? They take the time to really listen to you, hear your concerns, address health issues. No in and out bum’s rush. Third? Sarah Neumann. (Actually, Sarah is first, second, and third!) Aside from being one of the nicest people I know, you can tell she really cares for her patients. She suggests innovative methods to improve the quality of your skin, she insists that her patients are taking care of their «whole selves,» not just the dermatological issues. She can be a little mother hen, but in the nicest, most reasonable way. My husband is seeing her for the first time this fall, and I know he is going to LOVE her. Lastly, Sarah specializes in Acne treatment. I don’t know of a more psychological stigma to young adults than acne. Sarah is committed to improving their complexion and lives. Check this clinic out, you will NOT be disappointed.

Everyone from the moment you walk through the door is amazing! Friendly, accommodating and efficient. My daughter and I have been seeing Sarah Neumann for over 13 years and would not trust our skin to anyone else. I have my fiancé going to her also since he is a firefighter and has a higher risk of skin cancer. Her attention to detail and her knowledge is amazing! Love her!

The BEST dermatology office in the valley! Sarah has worked above and beyond to help me with my complex skin and medical issues. The staff are always friendly and work so hard to make every visit great from start to finish. Everyone in the office often works above and beyond to accomodate patient comfort and unique needs. I highly recommend Sarah and her amazing staff!

My husband and I have been going to Sarah for about 15 years. Now our teenage son also sees her. She’s the best. My husband goes every 3 months. She’s found numerous skin cancer spots on him. She’s very diligent about what she does and she knows her stuff! Yes, it can take time for a new patient to see her, but good doctors book up.

The care that you receive at Ahwatukee Skin and Laser is phenomenal. Sarah has cared for myself and family for many years. She is thorough, knowledgeable and caring. (I swear she has a photographic memory!) She doesn’t just treat your skin, she recommends a care plan that incorporates lifestyle, goals and long term effects. Yes, their practice is busy — so plan an annual exam. Don’t wait until you have an abnormal skin lesion. AND… you had better wear your sunscreen! She knows if your not being truthful!

I love this place! I have seen Sarah for over 10 years for all of my skin concerns. Her staff has always been professional and courteous. Especially her office manager, Linda. Linda answers my every question, sends me product and has a smile through it all! The whole medical team has been stellar and impeccable with their service and expertise. When I moved out of state I could NOT find anyone close to Sarah’s detail, expertise or patience… So I fly from out of state to see her twice a year. I get stopped in the street… On airplanes and at social gatherings and asked what I do for my Skin. There is ONLY one place Ahwatukee Skin and Laser! Thanks for making me look so good!

I was a patient of Sarah’s years ago and really liked her a lot. My mom also goes to her regularly too. Well I needed to get into a dermatologist for some odd red skin issue I’m having. I called to make an appointment today and they didn’t have any openings until October. Umm its June… yeah that is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard! If you have that many patients maybe you should extend some of your hours. Patients shouldn’t have to wait 5 months just to see a physician. Unacceptable. I called another reputable dermatologist in the area with better reviews then this skin center and I have an appointment tomorrow.

The staff is amazing. Everyone is very knowledgeable and go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. They’re also great at keeping your information private at the check in desk! A+

Was in and out with my initial visit in no time. Very friendly staff. Derm appointments are always difficult since the demand is so high, if they continue to be this efficient, I’ll keep doing the right thing and coming in as often as suggested.

WORSE WORSE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE UNIVERSE! Lisa in the front office billing is as rude as they come. I called for a brief Q & A regarding my bill. I could not even explain my situation before being repeatedly cut off and told it did not matter what I thought, the bill is what I owed. WHAT? I asked to talk to the manager and someone else got on the phone and did not even ask me what the situation was. She just stated that she heard what Lisa told me and that was correct. When I asked if I could explain my concern she told me no, call your insurance company. Further more, when I took my son in for an appointment, they told me to come back for a follow up… I waited 45 minutes for them to put us in a room, come in and tell us we were good to go. WHAT??? You did not even do anything??? They asked us to pay the office visit and they would bill our insurance company. FOR WHAT??? TOTAL SCAM services here and no pleasant way around this… business must be good because they certainly do not need mine and they padded the bill and did NOTHING to justify what they charged me for. You know that funny feeling you get when you are in an office as a new customer that you just can;‘t put your finger on it… NEXT TIME… i’ll go with my gut. Ridiculous. Making money hand over fist by over charging and under delivering. They should be ashamed for the way they do business. ROTTEN. I’d go anywhere but here for this type of services.

This was my first visit and I have to say that from the moment I walked in to the moment I left my appointment it was 5 star rating. My doctor Heather was so patient when I discussed my medical history with her. As far as my exam Heather was very thorough and delicate I was very comfortable.
I would highly highly recommend this dermatology office to anyone.

I know — 5 stars? Yes. Front office staff is very helpful, efficient and friendly. They all seem to really love working in the office and it show.
I have been a patient of Sarah’s for several years — even before she moved to her own practice. She has diagnosed and treated all of my crazy weird skin allergies — including one that puzzled two medical doctors! She took the initiative to test me for reactions to dental products when no allergist would. She is aggressive in treating my precancerous AK and expresses a true interest in me personally.
My teen daughters are treated by the office as well and have beautiful skin now. I know that Sarah thinks of her patients outside of regular appointments — she has sent me articles she researched on her own time for my before-​mentioned weird skin allergies. She truly loves what she does and it shows!

I love this place! I see Heather & I have been seeing her for a little over a year. I have cystic acne and she has done a great job of helping me improve my skin. Heather really takes the time to listen and look at things from a holistic approach, taking into consideration all of your medical history. Heather is a complete perfectionist and when dealing with the skin that is what you want. She also takes into consideration cost and freely gives out samples and coupons (I have found that you can just call the office & ask if they have coupons available and they will hold them for you to pick up or mail them to you). Heather takes the time to write out what you should be using in the AM and the PM which is extremely helpful.
Also the Esthetician, Carmen, accepts medical insurance so it really can help you save money on the cost of a facial.
I cannot say enough good things about this place!
