History

Established in 2009.

When a friend told me that she knew someone that the doctor quoted her $ 375 for something I knew would take about two to three hours I knew it was time for an intervention of sorts.

I did some research and found that the doc, the squad and the techs were all way over priced and often times their customer service was not what you would expect.

It was then that I decided to start a small computer tutoring and repair service. Whether you utilize my services or not at least realize that $ 100 to $ 150 an hour or $ 100 to back up files is obsurd.

Use a locally owned company so the money stays here in the Valley.

Anyway, that’s why I started doing this.

I remember working with the old ‘punch card’ computers in school and thinking that was the coolest thing ever! Since my first computer, an IBM 286, I’ve loved working on them. I’ve been in technical support and hardware installation for over 15 years. I’ve done tech support and troubleshooting for companies like AT&T, Compaq, Gateway, Dell and Road Runner through an outsourcing company. What it comes down to is that I love working on computers and helping others in the process.

I don’t charge rediculous amounts of money and if there’s something I can do to help I do, without charging you unnecessarily. I doubt you’ll find many people that will do as much as me to make you happy. That may sound egotistical but when it’s true can it really be ego?
