We bought a classic ford truck from the owner here. We were assured it was in great condition and told its first and only owner had traded it in. It stopped running on the drive home. We had to push it out of the street and tow it home. We had our trusted family mechanic look it over and were told he was surprised it had even started. It was going to require thousands in repairs to be operable. Fuel was spewing out of the gas cap. The mileage on he odometer didn’t match the title. The owner of advance auto denied all responsibility and said we must have done something to mess up the truck «because it ran great when he had it». He offered us no help and said all sales are final. Shame on us for not being more careful. Shame on him for being such a scammer! We lost thousands. Beware!!!
