Accent Marble & Granite

My husband and I started interviewing fabricators based on recommendations from local tile stores. Accent Marble and Granite stood head and shoulders above the other fabricators we interviewed. Chuck Knapp, Fabricator came to the house to measure and gave us bids based on the quality of granite we chose. His knowledge and professionalism was so impressive that I made the decision to hire him half way through the demonstration. What won me over was how quickly he could come up with an estimate that disclosed all pertinent information in an easy to read fashion! Also, no other fabricator we interviewed came close in knowledge or customer service.
As my husband and I looked for the right countertop, Chuck was always available to answer questions and revise quotes. Once we finalized our choice of granite, the well oiled machine called Accent Marble and Granite took over! My husband and I highly recommend Chuck Knapp and Accent Marble and Granite.

Wow. Accent Marble & Granite is wonderful. They rescued me when my prior fabricator completely dropped the ball. As soon as I found them, Accent Marble & Granite gave me the best service, start to finish. Immediate quotes, competent templating (they even added design/​style input relevant to my marble choices/​slabs) and the marble slabs I’d selected arrived in perfect shape and were everything I hoped for. Installation was on time, flawless and cleaned up beautifully. The installers even zipped back to the shop to recut pieces when my old vanity’s back plate ripped too much of the wall to cover with the height of marble I had requested. No lost days or delay. I had perfectly gorgeous bathroom vanity tops and back plates and a kitchen island, the same day, as promised. The staff is conscientious about all aspects of natural stone, veining and how to optimize which parts to cut and use and how to put it all together with the best results. The prices were fair/​reasonable for the job and I would absolutely use them again, every time I need stone work. I can not recommend them more enthusiastically.

Couldn’t have been happier! I’m glad I went with this company to install granite in two bathrooms. The salesman, Chuck, was on time for the appointment and gave me a bid at that time. He was very friendly and answered all my questions. I had 5 bids and there pricing was right in line with everyone else. After I picked granite, another guy came to laser measure everything. He was also friendly and I felt good about how meticulous some of his questions to me were. I knew there would not be any surprises on install day. Everything looked perfect once installed and we are loving the new granite! I would highly recommend this company!

Let me just preface this with, Accent has been around for a reallllly long-​ass time. Yes, that is a technical term. I remembered them from a remodel my mom did when I was in high school, that’s how long they’ve been around. I decided to call them for a quote when I grew up and bought my first home.
I basically set up at least 8 quotes in one day for everything from paint to new counter tops. I had a lot of men in my house that Saturday (heyyy). Anyway, my biggest fear as a single woman was getting screwed over. I don’t really look like the kind of girl who knows anything about construction … and that is because I don’t. The whole reason I decided to get a bunch of quotes was because I had no idea what to expect price wise. If any single ladies are reading this and remodeling their first home, this plan worked out really well for me. I pretty much asked everyone I knew for a recommendation and called that company for a quote. Or you could just look at it as if I’ve done the vetting for you. You’re welcome.
In the end, Accent Marble replaced a very scary and dated laminate wood counter top in my kitchen. You read that right. Laminate. Wood. It was easy. I told them what I wanted and they helped me find it. Accent wasn’t the cheapest nor the most expensive quote … they were like the Goldilocks of quotes, just right. I am all about paying a fair wage/​price for the work being done. I don’t want a hack-​job and I don’t want to be suckered.
You can’t even believe what a difference new counters made in my kitchen. It was the first upgrade I did. They also suggested I make my over-​sized counter slightly smaller to reduce the price, since the horrid counter that came before was so big it would need extra support once I upgraded to marble. I decided to go with their suggestion and I don’t even notice the fact that it’s slightly smaller. I appreciate it when the company you hire looks out for you like that. And lastly, none of the guys that came to my house creeped me out. Huge plus, as that can’t be said for all the companies I contacted.

A year and a half ago we worked with Jason at Accent Marble & Granite and I just had to finally come back and review them. Our experience from start to finish was excellent. When I met with Jason initially I thought I knew what I wanted, but he really listened to the needs of our family and how we use our kitchen and helped steer me in a different (and less expensive) direction that turned out to be perfect. First and foremost I wanted extreme durability, ease of cleaning, and a bit of camouflage so it wouldn’t always look wrecked (three small kids, lots of snacks). Jason was able to recommend lots of granite slab options within our price range and sent me off to the Arizona Tile warehouse to pick one out. It took me a few trips only because I was looking for a unique slab that I really loved, without a lot of waste from a too big piece. I scoured the clearance slabs at AZ Tile as well, but found a piece I absolutely adore with really unique marbling that makes it look like a much pricier piece thatn it is. And wouldn’t you know that after all that searching, it’s the color scheme that Jason recommended in our initial meeting– even though I didn’t care for the tiny piece of it in the showroom.
The installation team was timely and professional, able to measure and pattern during our home inspection. They installed the day after we closed on the house and only a few days before we moved in. They even did a little bar top outside with our slab remnants, even though that hadn’t been in the original quote.
18 months later, the granite still looks amazing, is wearing like iron, and the color is perfect. Sometimes the camouflage is TOO good and I miss a sticky spot. Much better than the alternative though. The counter really is the beautiful focal point of the entire room. Thanks for everything, Jason!

I finally decided to replace my peninsula with matching granite in my kitchen. A guy came out and made some measurements 2 weeks ago and was throwing around fancy terminology for granite. I’m not going to know the scientific name of Venetian Gold. I ended up figuring out what it was and updating the guy later.
He tells me he found a leftover piece that should match, fit and would be cheaper since its a remnant. I go to AZ Tile and it looks a bit pale. Sure enough when I went with a piece of my granite (luckily we were going to do the backsplash and so was able to take off the 4inch border) it wasn’t even close. Disaster averted.
The reason for my rating is this: it took 2 trips to pick out a slab at the AZ tile, which nobody met me for either. They were very helpful and patient at AZ tile and granite which helped the process. The initial trip by the salesman was a complete waste. He measured, and thought he knew what kind of granite it was which was later corrected by myself. Another person came 2 weeks later and did a final measurement for the countertop anyway. So ultimately this first appointment was to just meet the guy that would leave my emails and messages unanswered for about a week before responding. In the process I received 3 different bids which I wasn’t very confident was correctly done in the end but just wanted it done. And finally, since I knew exactly what I wanted and it was only a matter of finding a slab that matched my existing counter which I did myself in about ten days, why did it take almost a full month from the first appointment to the last?
I thought the process was very drawn out which I would have been more patient for if someone was more responsive to my emails and told me exactly what to expect and when.

We just finished a major kitchen upgrade in our 40 year old Paradise Valley home. After looking at other options we chose Accent Marble and Granite based on referrals and reputation. Their price was good also. Accent is an outstanding company with exceptional customer service. We worked with Chuck, who helped us through the entire process. He was great and is one of the most knowledgeable marble and granite professionals in the Phoenix area. I learned so much about the granite from Chuck. He was alway always very professional and I would highly recommend Accent to anyone who was needing granite. Our lead installer was Hector who was also great and worked through the demo of the old tile and mortar and install of the new beautiful granite like a pro.

My experiance with Accent Marble and Granite is 100% satisfied! First, the initial discussions with Chris on the scope of work and his digital layout of how the slabs of granite would best be utilized was very professional. Then Michael came to the house and measured for the template so the fabricators could do their jobs correctly. Then when the installers came, Hector and Jesus, they continued the excellent service and professionalism. I could certainly write a long review with a bunch of positive comments to help other people that are shopping for a company to help them. However, take my word for it, this is the Granite company you want to deal with! A+++++ all the way!

I started the process of finding a good company to install new counter tops back in October. I received 6 estimates from various companies. Accent was the lowest price I found but not is why I decided to utilize their services. It was their customer service, Chris Ferrara was great. I had a million questions and probably received 20 different estimates based on the slabs I selected. He was responsive, helpful and patient. The slabs were installed yesterday and they look great. The installers were professional, on-​time and cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend Accent Marble & Granite.

Accent Granite is an outstanding company with outstanding customer service. Chuck «held my hand» through the entire process and even helped me pick out the slabs of granite. I learned so much about the granite from Chuck. He was alway very professional and personable and I would highly recommend Accent and Chuck to anyone who was needing granite. If I ever have a need again, they will be my first call. My granite is due to be installed this week and I am so excited to see it all finished!!!

I recently had Accent Marble and Granite install counter tops for my new Chiropractic clinic. They did a fantastic job!!! They absolutely exceeded my expectations! When they came out and did the installation they went above and beyond to make sure that the counter tops were level and everything fit together great! I would highly recommend this company for all my Marble and Granite needs, and would have no hesitation to use them again in the future. Thank you very much.

I had a kitchen remodel done through a Major Home store. Their prices were far to high for Granite Install so I looked elsewhere and found Accent Granite. I also got an estimate from another Fabricator that was far higher in cost.
Jason came to my home, arrived early for our appointment, which I was so happy about. Jason was professional and very easy to work with, answered my endless questions without any issue. Always available by phone and Text or promptly gets back to you. I hired them for the job and they picked up my Granite, I also had a very small Island piece I wanted to be different and they referred me to the perfect remnant place where I found what I needed and saved me a lot of money. My job was delayed 6 weeks due to my change in plans with the cabinets and Jason was very easy and had no issues with the delay and storing my Granite.
Michael came to my house for templating and was very helpful and pleasant.
My install happened yesterday 5÷29÷13, the kitchen layout made it a difficult job, but thru the whole process the installer was very pleasant and professional.
The entire process was by far the easiest of the entire kitchen remodel. I couldn’t be happier with the job they did for me.
I’ll definitely use them again for the bathroom remodel.

OMG… Accent Marble & Granite did an absolute Fantastic job! I cannot say enough good things about the work they did. I hired them to replace a botched up granite job done by Home Depot. Thus, I was really nervous due to what I had been through previously. Accent Marble is by far the best! The General Manager/​Owner — Jason, was truly incredible. Michael — measured & was fantastic, to the installers Enrique & Ben, who did an incredibly beautiful job. I will be utilizing Accent Marble in the future. They are true professionals. 5 stars to the Accent Marble & Granite Team!!!

Jenni & Jesus helped me figure out what granite I was wanting, helped me with choosing an edging style and found sinks for me that were a heck of a lot less then Home Depot and looked just like the fancy Kholer sink I was about to drop a couple hundred on!
Michael came out on time to measure everything and was very quick and efficient. Jesus arrived on time and got to work right away installing our new counters and sinks in both of our bathrooms! They look amazing!
I will FOR SURE being going back to Accent Marble & Granite when its time to do the kitchen! They also carry engineered and solid surface counter tops as well! So they are a one stop shop for sure.
Also it is family owned and operated and I always feel good supporting the small guys!
