Able2serve is your answer. I am a certified private process server. My certification is filed thru the superior court of Arizona, Maricopa County. I represent you and the state of Arizona.

All in a days work.

We serve all types of legal documents, from family, civil, and all the way to eviction. Each serve will have up to 4 attempts and conducted at different times of the day. An average serve will have the first attempt within 72 hours of us receiving the documents. It is also best not to have consecutive days being attempted. The best way to give you the best service is to spread out the serve attempts to where we have a better chance to serve the defendant.

For individual service please call to set an appointment so we can meet. Please provide a picture of the person to be served, if available. It can be sent to me on the above email address. Individual service must be paid in advance before the first attempt can be made.
