Great local business. These guys are definitely the experts. High end vacuum repaired and ready in less than 10 minutes and for about $ 10. I tried to do it myself, ordering a part off Amazon, waiting for delivery, and getting frustrated struggling to get it installed before I asked for help. I should have gone to ABC in the first place.

I’ve been a customer of ABC Vacuum Center for many years, and will continue to be. The service is wonderful, the products are excellent, and the advice is very helpful. I took my ancient upright vacuum in this morning to see if there was any life left in it. Larry spent a couple of minutes looking at it and then listening to its motor and then said it might live if given a new belt and a new roller. He installed both of them on the spot and then, when he turned it on, it sprang to life and began to propel itself across the carpet like it hadn’t done in years. This vacuum has got to be at least 40 years old and Larry somehow manages to keep it working. What’s more, I don’t have to wait a week or two to find out how extensive the repairs might be or what the charge will be. I know in seconds. It’s hard to find good service like this anymore, and that’s why I will continue to buy vacuums and accessories there for many years to come. Right now, I’ve got my eye on a little Simplicity vacuum that weighs almost nothing and you can put over your shoulder as you vacuum wood or vinyl floors. I checked pricing on this item, and ABC Vacuums sells it for at least $ 10 – 15 less than online. When I can afford it, I will buy it at ABC because I wouldn’t think of going anyplace else!

They brought my puny little dirt devil back from the brink and gave new life into my dog fur sucker upper! I really thought I was going to have to buy a new vacuum but ABC completely overhauled it and I swear this thing runs better than it did brand new! Not only was the price for the tune up and repair very reasonable, they actually completed the work in less time than expected. I am so happy with the customer and technical service I received. :-)

Larry took over the business from his father some time ago. I can tell you I am the third generation in my family to purchase vacuums from ABC. Bought my second vacuum from ABC last month. We moved into a place that had a lot of wood flooring. My first vacuum was purchased almost 15 years ago right out of college and had to be repaired due to misuse from a drunk roommate. My old Royal has functioned perfectly since then. The new Miele is just what I was looking for.
Prices are competitive, Larry’s always friendly and honest and their repair services are just as great. I try to buy local as much as I can and you don’t have to pay more to do it here.

Larry and Brandy were incredibly helpful during my vacuum buying experience. Knowing that I needed only one vacuum to accomplish so many different cleaning situations, they took the time to walk me through all of my options and help me find the perfect vacuum!!! My fiancé and I love our new Miele… This vacuum is truly a one stop shop cleaning machine!!!

I bought a new Miele vacuum today. I have never bought a vacuum anywhere else since moving to Phoenix. ABC is a family owned business who service vacuums as well. It is great knowing that there are still businesses that understand customer service, knowledge of the products they sell and complete competent repairs at fair prices. Don’t buy a vacuum anywhere else!

This is a family owned business. They are the best in the vacuum world. You will definitely get the best deal in town for purchase or repair. No run around, just good deals!!! Love this shop and family!!!

I called ahead to make sure they were open. They were easy to find. I was a little disappointed in selection but what they had was all very nice stuff at good price. I really liked that they were very laid back. They HELPED, but didn’t PUSH like happened at a different shop. The reason I bought there was they let me TRY out the vacuum! If I am going to spend good money I want to try it first. Overall I was happy and God forbid this vacuum breaks, I will take it here to fix. I learned my lesson, keep your vacuum you like, they are hard to replace!

The best vacuum store in Phoenix HANDS DOWN! They sold me a reconditioned vacuum and it was as good as new. I get my bags there too. Appreciate their environmental views (reuse instead of throw it away) and that they are a family owned business. If you need your vacuum serviced, to buy parts/​vacuums, or accessories this is the place to go!

Once again I dragged myself out of the house on Saturday to buy vac bags. And once again they are closed. Good family owned business, but call before you waste the time and gas.

Rude customer service on the phone-​like you are doing me a favor even answering my questions regarding bringing my vacuum in for repair=I am going somewhere else.

A vacuum center almost seems so outdated or something, considering, we live in a world where if the vacuum breaks, you go buy a new one. Even if it is a Dyson. Well, I can be super frugal and there was no way I was buying another vacuum when the one that needed fixing was over $ 400 to start out with. But over 7 years later, the Dyson needed some repairs. $ 100 later after a trip to ABC Vacuum, the Dyson Animal is working like it is brand new again! It came back fixed, cleaned and in PERFECT condition. I highly recommend ABC Vacuum. Quick service done right!

Oh happy day! Find me a service professional who is both professional and wonderful at service. They took in my upright Miele — which is like taking an appendage for a woman with children and animals — and told me it would be about a week. They called with a very reasonable estimate and voila, my treasured vacuum was in my possession exactly a week later, working like new.
Owners are husband-​wife and could not have been nicer. Yay for ABC! Do I hear Michael Jackson and a dance coming on??? Sorry but these guys are great.
