I bought the groupon as well. I didn’t realize I only had a week before it expired! Called and left a VM, they got back to me a few days later and was able to schedule the service quickly. The guys came early and did a wonderful job. Took about an hour and half on my SUV. I paid extra to have the leather cleaned and treated. I would def recommend! My only feedback is to shorten the length of time to return VM’s and schedule appointments. Other than that– I’m a happy customer!

I bought a groupon and had to wait a couple months for an appointment. I wasn’t totally surprised considering the price. Scheduling an appointment was not the easiest and it was apparent that this is a very small company. Two men came and spent two hours on my truck. They did a pretty good job. They also mentioned they would honor groupon pricing for future appointments. I think they would benefit greatly if they could have online scheduling or someone who answers the phone every time. I don’t necessarily think this is 5 star but I feel that there are a few reviews on here that aren’t exactly fair so I added a star. Will definitely use again!

I purchased a detail for my vehicle on groupon. I waited about 2 weeks for a call back and then the soonest they could schedule me was about a month out. They arrived an hour earlier than expected without a phone call to let me know this was going to happen. This did not appear to be a professional service at all and I questioned why I didn’t do my due diligence in this instance. Two young men showed up in very casual street wear, in a small unlabeled vehicle. They introduced themselves but didn’t have any identifying paraphernalia. They didn’t state which company they worked for upon arrival either. They completed the job in an hour and 40 minutes, and so far it looks like they did a good job with the vehicle. I asked for business cards at the end and they didn’t have those either. I won’t be using the service again. For the money you pay for a mobile detail, you expect a certain level of professionalism, which this company doesn’t seem to have.

Just had my car detailed (got a Groupon) and they did a really nice job. I have to be honest, I was expecting poor quality due to the other reviews on here. However, two people showed up early to my home and took about an hr and a half for my CRV. The car is very clean and looks great! The people were very nice and even helped me as they were leaving to put the antenna on my car (I’m pregnant and they didn’t want me to have to climb up, even though it was off when they got here). Bonus — once they come out once they told me they will always honor the groupon price for future detailing! This seems like a smaller company than many, so expect to wait a few weeks to get on the schedule, but I was very impressed with the quality of work and the price and will definitely be using them again!

Bought a Groupon a few months ago, took numerous calls/​messages and emails to get someone to call me back to make an appointment. Finally after a week + (June 2015 now) someone called and said that they can schedule an appointment at the end of August. I needed to change the appointment to work travel. After numerous calls and messages, indicating that I needed to reschedule, I left a final message informing them to cancel. After a week, I received a message asking me to confirm my original appointment. Frustrated, I called back to validate they had me as a cancelation and if they actually took the time to review their emails and telephone messages from a week ago to today, they would have known that and not wasted my time. I contacted Groupon to express my horrible client experience, and I am most certainly glad that they do not have any of my information, The woman on the phone snapped! She only wanted to hear herself and her excuses why she was not able to answer my calls and messages, I finally interjected to attempt (up an octave or two) to explain the steps that I took that got me to this decision, she then YELLED at me indicating that I was not going to speak to her like a child, and we are both adults. Keep in mind I simply interrupted her 2 minutes of hot air excuses in my last attempt to help her help their business and the client experience… She went into a diatribe that they are SO busy on the phone and emails all day long that they cannot always pick up the call… and she only works until two, how she reviews every email and message every day and returns calls. Last she stated that she is a professional (far from this). I quickly decided not to expend any more of my precious energy, let her finish (as she only wanted to hear herself and her excuses for poor client service) and let her hang up on me.
I am extremely glad that I was not exposed to their client service in real life an only on the telephone.
I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone, not even my worst enemy!

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a company in my life. I bought a groupon and had these two individuals show up to my house that look liked they just stepped out of prison. They began working on my vehicle and then seemed to be panicking over something so I went outside to see what was wrong. The chemicals they used on my vehicle were too harsh on took off the paint on the vinyl on the interior of my car. The dealership quoted me $ 6,000 to repair all the damage they caused. When I asked how they planned to handle this they tried to blame it as my fault saying what ever I used before to clean my vehicle must have caused a chemical reaction which peeled the paint inside the car so it was my fault. The owner and his baby momma then came out and they were so unprofessional and filthy! Their language and the way the represented themselves was disgusting. I eventually had to tell them to stop making threats or i was going to call the police.

So, I buy a Living Social for a detail for my truck. I verify my zip code is in the correct «service area» via the Living Social link. I schedule my appointment on 12÷4÷14 for the 1÷29÷2014 at 8 am. I Give Katrina my address… which has «Mesa AZ in it!!! I get a confirmation call on Saturday for my 8 am Monday appointment.
This morning at 6:50 am I get a call from Katrina from A to Z detail stating that unless I pay a trip charge, they won’t come out. I told her I verified my address zip code through Living Social She said I had to pay the trip charge. I told her that I didn’t feel that this was really my problem that I lived in Mesa, since I clearly stated that when I booked the appointment. Then, she said that if they came to my house…(which after looking it up, is only 5.7 miles outside the «service area») they would be late to the next appointment. I asked again, how that was my problem. Then, she went on to state that her detailers have to get up at 5 and 6 am and detail cars in the cold. I said why are you whining that you detailers have to get up at 5 and 6 am… I have to do that every day I work! She then said… I am canceling your appointment… and HUNG UP!!!
Any reputable business would have stated that Living Social messed up, that they missed that I was outside their «normal service area» when I scheduled it, and honored the appointment. And the reality is… is was 5.7 miles over… that would take an additional 5 minutes driving time!
NO business representative should EVER hang up on a customer.
I was so excited to get my truck detailed. He is 13 years old, and just needed some TLC. I guarantee, this would have been one of the easiest detail jobs the person would have ever had, because he is pretty darn clean!
So my next place is back to Living Social to get my money back!

Bought the Living Social coupon online. Called A to Z Detail to schedule a time & date.
Whoa! Over 3 weeks to wait for an appt date! OK… so we wait.
2 hours before the appt time — the detailer calls because his truck is broken & has to CANCEL the appt. When asked what could [then] be done? The detailer told me that it wasn’t «his fault» his truck was broken.
So, I called the company. My options? Wait another 3 WEEKS to re-​schedule — — or «they would be willing to offer» a refund. Gee, really? So good to see a company so willing to go out of their way to accommodate my cancelled appt.
WHAT A COLLOSAL WASTE OF TIME!
This company is sorely under-​staffed [apparently they have exactly TWO «mobile detailing» units]; they waaaaaay over-​sell these «coupons» — and, as a result, are totally unable to keep up with demand.
So, after a LONG WAIT — & NO DETAIL — apparently I can simply get a refund thru Living Social. I am back to square one.

Anyone know of a GOOD detailing place…
