A Matter of Muscles is owned and operated by Caite Craddock, LMT. After gaining 5 years of experience as a licensed massage practitioner, she opened her own massage practice providing custom-​tailored sessions designed to adapt to the changing needs of her clients.

I am a licensed massage therapist in Phoenix, Arizona and have been providing therapeutic massage to clients since 2008. I have gained experience working on a variety of issues from accident-​related injuries to work-​related chronic pain and dysfunction. I have also been a member of the Arizona IronMan Massage Team since April 2008. After gaining experience in both clinical and spa settings, I began my own practice, A Matter of Muscles, LLC.

I started with Caite a few years ago through a Groupon. It was the first time I was going for massage so when I finished my package I went around and tried some Groupons with some other therapists. After much disappointment elsewhere, I went back to Caite and haven’t left since! She is respectful, always keeps the room and massage table comfortable (it’s heated if you like that!), and listens to my ailments and is always able to fix or speed up my recovery time!
I have absolutely noticed an improvement in my general health and well-​being since getting a monthly massage and recommend Caite to everyone (even if it means it might be that much more difficult to book a an appointment with her!).

Caite is an awesome therapist! She listens to your needs and then addresses them. She is very good at what she does and is very professional with how she delivers both herself and her massages. I always feel amazing when I’m done with a session. As a massage therapist myself, I’m pretty particular with who I receive massage from. Caite is my go-​to-​gal. Give her a try — you won’t be disappointed!
